Too bad the IMA BENELUX service is not as good as IMA FRANCE. On the occasion of a common puncture in Belgium, IMA BENELUX directed my vehicle to a partner garage. No repair estimate, however, claimed twice. Exorbitant prices. Tires usually billed at a public price of 180 per unit were billed at 320. 4 tires changed instead of 2 without repair order. No effective intervention by IMA towards their partner garage ... very disappointed to be taken for a pigeon. Pity ! Complaint pending, hoping for a response from IMA or MAIF customer service.
