Hello . I strongly advise you not to use IMA. Following an accident abroad, my vehicle was immobilized for more than a month. My car was repatriated to France on September 2, 2020. Following the shock of the accident, the rear windows of my vehicle were broken, they have I didn't even bother to Cover the back of my vehicle. The day my vehicle arrived in France, I went to the Bmw garage for an inventory. I saw that there was water in the trunk of my car, the damaged bodywork, and a difference in mileage that proves they drove my vehicle for what I don't know. IMA does not want to admit his faults and accuses the BMW garage of having damaged my vehicle. While I have all the photos in evidence.
