I had a really bad first contact with the operator...

I had a really bad first contact with the operator ... cold, unfriendly and not empathetic.
I called back yesterday, an adorable gentleman answered explained things to me, despite our disagreement no communication problems, he showed pedagogy.
Today I was called back by a customer follow-up person. We discussed in a very courteous manner and the service was deployed after discussion around my contract.
So I am raising my rating from 2 stars at the beginning to 4 now. I do not put 5 following the first call but I validate the fact that the company is reactive and I remove the unprofessional comment.
