Takes hostage and imposes the advance of costs to the garage and reimbursement behind, the breakdown occurred on July 13, 2020, mail processed on July 15, 2020 and still no reimbursement. I would not have called, my file would not have advanced "because they receive more than a hundred emails per day" and cannot come back to us, it is up to us to inform them that we have not been reimbursed. Plus, it's the first time we've had such a long wait on the phone to get someone. I would also note, for some of the agents I have on the phone, a lack of enthusiasm and envy ..
