I have been a customer of Hawkes Bay Regional Council for several years and I must say that their services are average. While they do a decent job in terms of managing the region's resources, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff is generally helpful, but sometimes, it can be difficult to get a timely response from them. Overall, I would rate their services as average.

Love working with HBRC and the business relationship that we have developed together. The HR team, especially Viv Moule and Jaimee Lovett are very friendly & efficient, and noticeable caring and supportive to all the staff, current and future. The brand is very strong and is obviously a great place to work.
