I got an excellent service a couple of years ago: about 200 euros worth of portable multimedia player was recently out of warranty and the headphone jack of the player went off.
The player selling the player was a fairly large store in the western neighbor that holds the stock. I was first contacted by email. They were reluctant to do anything about the whole repair proposal or warranty. They just said laconically that they didn't succeed, do not think so, because the warranty has already expired for the product and the product is still too cheap to repair. Quite a special answer in my opinion.
After that I changed a few message with Sony's Finnish representative and importer and the coefficient of the answer that I got. They suggested InfoCare intelligence, that if there were any positions in this regard, because I am otherwise the device, however, was not satisfied and there is no other kremppaa as stuttering 3,5mm jack.

Full pissing all over the job and smiling handing out the bill for the work not done. The maintenance of my video cannon stretched from one week, to five weeks, and yet they still didn t make it work. I had to fight for the bill for months. I understand some kind of invoice from the repair estimate and then of course the repair itself, but if that fault was not in it but somewhere else then that estimate has gone wrong and ordered the wrong parts and tried to fix it wrong. I do not agree to pay for the incompetence of others.

My machine went through Power for warranty service because it complained about hard drive damage. The machine worked flawlessly otherwise. After servicing, the battery stopped working at all and did not update the drivers but pulled the machine. During the service, these drivers had been changed (this became clear as I examined the machine more closely). I advertise this because I think it would be the responsibility of the service company to fix it. The answer was that the battery has come to an end and can be replaced at XXX. So, during the service, they destroyed my computer's battery and are now trying to fund me by offering a new one. Maintenance lasted 20 days, but Easter and Vampire hit the period, so it's probably ok, but the waiting time is long so maintenance could be faster. All in all, everything went as long and as expected. The price is always annoying but it was also in line with expectations.

The cashier had accidentally charged too little, and instead of making a phone call, for example, an invoice was sent to the wrong address (even though my address was correct in their information). It wasn t until the payment reminder found its way to my home, and it didn t even tell me the reason for the bill. After several phone calls, the place manager called me back, explained the situation, and promised to get me a new bill with no charges other than the amount not charged at checkout. Then I called again and just said bring it in again. When my machine came out of service, the same old fault was still there and the papers say that it is okay, and on top of all that, the microphone no longer worked at all on my machine but on the phone and other machines. Nor did they tell after the second maintenance that what was being done next but the papers said that there was no game support. Then on the first visit they couldn t mention that they don t have game support. When I first took the machine there, I emphasized that it was in the games that there was this bug and the same thing on the second visit but then didn t mention that they don t have that game support, UNCONSCIOUS SHIT.

So nothing was done, just a cost estimate. The computer is accepted for diagnostics. After 12 days of waiting, the service installed Windows without informing that the work will be paid. They refused to give out without payment. Windows installed the wrong version for which there is a license, did not update. I had to reinstall.

I received my printer (Samsung CLX-3185FW) today from warranty service where it was shipped through Gigant. Maintenance took more than 2 weeks. I brought the device home and the same ***** trace it still salted. I advertised to InfoCare (Customer Service Representative Mikael Miettinen) why the service failed to replace the broken black toner cartridge, which is an accessory. Of course, I would have given permission to change it. Not reported to be under service because there is no fault. Only the defect, ie the transfer belt, was "repaired".
