My machine went into warranty service due to a headset and microphone problem (games only). The first maintenance took over a week and when I got the machine back the same fault was still there. Then I called again and just said bring it in again. When my machine came out of service, the same old fault was still there and the papers say that it is okay, and on top of all that, the microphone no longer worked at all on my machine but on the phone and other machines. Nor did they tell after the second maintenance that what was being done next but the papers said that there was no game support. Then on the first visit they couldn t mention that they don t have game support. When I first took the machine there, I emphasized that it was in the games that there was this bug and the same thing on the second visit but then didn t mention that they don t have that game support, UNCONSCIOUS SHIT.
