Do not answer emails, calls are chargeable. The TV was in service, service was ordered through Sony and they probably didn't find the fault at all but also didn't ask for more information where and how the fault occurs. The TV was lost when I had to come back. Websites work poorly on mobile. Customer service does not take the customer seriously but are themselves right. Regards, dissatisfied customer.
