Brought in my HP PC with faulty firmware causing blue screens. I was worried about my data, and asked what would happen to it. The employee swore that I would get a message in case my data was in danger of being deleted.

A week later I return to pick up my PC, everything had been deleted. The blue screen issue returned a month later.

The second time I decided to just fix it myself.
