So absolutely ridiculously poor service! The cashier had accidentally charged too little, and instead of making a phone call, for example, an invoice was sent to the wrong address (even though my address was correct in their information). It wasn t until the payment reminder found its way to my home, and it didn t even tell me the reason for the bill. After several phone calls, the place manager called me back, explained the situation, and promised to get me a new bill with no charges other than the amount not charged at checkout. Well now I got that new invoice and it erroneously asks for twice the amount! I had to call a paid service number again and the only tip was to send an email to service. In April, the machine was picked up for maintenance, and more than 2 months have gone into handling things when there is apparently not knowing how to bill correctly. The fault once I use these services!
