Disgusting quality of service!

Disgusting quality of service!
The computer is accepted for diagnostics. After 12 days of waiting, the service installed Windows without informing that the work will be paid. They refused to give out without payment. Windows installed the wrong version for which there is a license, did not update. I had to reinstall.
The problem is not solved!
the acceptance manager did not come out. the claim was not answered...
I do not recommend even getting close to them!
