I got an excellent service a couple of years ago: about 200 euros worth of portable multimedia player was recently out of warranty and the headphone jack of the player went off.

The player selling the player was a fairly large store in the western neighbor that holds the stock. I was first contacted by email. They were reluctant to do anything about the whole repair proposal or warranty. They just said laconically that they didn't succeed, do not think so, because the warranty has already expired for the product and the product is still too cheap to repair. Quite a special answer in my opinion.

After that I changed a few message with Sony's Finnish representative and importer and the coefficient of the answer that I got. They suggested InfoCare intelligence, that if there were any positions in this regard, because I am otherwise the device, however, was not satisfied and there is no other kremppaa as stuttering 3,5mm jack.

The Infocare boys did not repair the device, but exchanged the entire plant with a spike for a newer model because the current one was no longer available. The thing was done very well, and it was quickly tackled, the inquirer did not get lost. The replacement player is still in active use.
