I received my printer (Samsung CLX-3185FW) today from warranty service where it was shipped through Gigant. Maintenance took more than 2 weeks. I brought the device home and the same ***** trace it still salted. I advertised to InfoCare (Customer Service Representative Mikael Miettinen) why the service failed to replace the broken black toner cartridge, which is an accessory. Of course, I would have given permission to change it. Not reported to be under service because there is no fault. Only the defect, ie the transfer belt, was "repaired".
I do not recommend Infocare's services to anyone, especially professionals.
