David Spikes did what a car sales person should do, showed us what we asked to see, answered technical questions on the vehicle without fluff, and gave us the best deal possible.

I just bought a car from Acura of Baton Rouge and was extremely impressed with their entire car buying experience. My sales associate was Julie Pizzalato. She went over and beyond to help make this my smoothest and most freindly car buying experience I have had. I am out the area and drove in to buy the vehicle. Julie was very knowledgable of the vehicle and took her time to answer all my questions. She did not rush me nor make me feel as if she was too busy. From start to finish and every where in between I can honestly say that you can see that this is a Family run business. Mike Hammack, the business manager, also came out to answer my questions and helped in addressing all my questions as well. At no time was I left hung out to dry. PJ the finance manager was just as welcoming as well. I will be passing on their good name and my positive business experience with them to all my friends and collegues, as I was truly happy with the entire process. Please give them a shot if you are looking to purchase a vehicle as you will see how well you are treated as I did.

I found the service to be above par and very communicative. We instantly spoke as if we were old friends. Overall the experience was great. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted without too much hassle. The salesman Jerry was nice. Everything was fine until we got to the financing. I've never had to haggle for a lower interest rate at a dealership! The lady in financing tried to give us the higher interest rate until we questioned her. We told her we normally get a lot lower interest rate and she laughed and said "Good luck finding that rate!" Then she looked at her paper and said, "This bank has a lower rate. Do you want it?" Or course, we want it. The next day, I found an even lower rate at another bank. So now I have to go through the hassle of refinancing the car for a lower rate. Other than that, the experience was good and I love my car and I am happy with my purchase so far. I would go there again, but probably find my own bank to finance with.

Great salesman, selection and overall experience. I would buy and recommend them.

-1 Star because the car wash / detail shop needs some serious attention.
They cleaned the car twice including adding a fabric and paint protector and the vehicle was still dirty including dog treats under the seat from the previous owner.

Found a vehicle online came to see it, went to visit the dealership and was told that it shouldn t of been listed online yet because it wasn t on the lot. Tried to follow up many times only to be told car wasn t ready for viewing. Follow up call for 3rd day in a row resulted in being told car was sold already online. Received no apology for being jacked around etc. Would not recommend dealing with their online manager or used car department unless you feel like wasting your time. Very unprofessional company

My husband and I had an all around great experience with Infiniti of Baton Rouge. The receptionist was very courteous and welcoming and the finance department was very personable. Our salesman, Bernie Hahn, was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, the different packages offered, his inventory, and financing options. He was able to answer our many questions and provide explanations and reasons for his answers. Mr. Hahn was extremely thorough, honest and mindful of our time. The entire experience, from the greeting to the purchase, to the one-on-one guided tutorial of the vehicle took about three hours. We left the dealership very happy customers due to our great new car and the wonderful buying experience.

Highly impressed!! I had a premium experience the second I walked through the doors. I was there to purchase a used vehicle but was treated as if I was buying the top car on the lot. Tim Ward nocked it out of the park. I have not bought a car in 10 years but he made me feel comfortable about pricing, numbers, condition of the vehicle and so much more. My husband recently purchased a preowned vehicle from your dealership. The sales person was extremely pleasant as was the finance person. After the purchase and after the 3 day return policy something changed not with the sales rep or finance agent, it was the manger. I will not publish on this forum what I witnessed and how I perceived things turned.

Yesterday at 11 am I was walking out the door to buy a car elsewhere when David Spikes called me (my husband had inquired on the site) I told him what i was doing, he quickly ran some numbers, gave me a great offer and within 10 minutes I had texted him my information. By 2 PM they had delivered the car to my home in New Orleans- we exchanged a check and signed paperwork. By 230 the car was mine and I love it! This morning, my first text was from David Spikes asking if everything was ok and did I need anything. Truly exceptional customer service!

Let me begin by saying I never write reviews and I mean never, but Ricky Williams, Mrs. Cookie and other folks at Infiniti Baton Rouge deserve this review and then some. Ricky not only was honest, forthcoming and transparent, but his follow through after I purchased the vehicle impressed me the most.

I had an issue with my windshield, which was not the dealerships fault, Ricky got the necessary parties involved at the dealership to put pressure on the glass installation company to ensure a fair resolution and to avoid the customer (me) being left out to dry.

After going back and forward with the glass company Ricky recently reached out to see the final resolution and assured me that Infiniti Baton Rouge will do right by me.

Mrs. Cookie in the finance department was also very pleasant to work with. I had an issue with the State of IL not logging my paperwork correctly (what a surprise) and she let me bug her every step of the way to find a remedy.

I will leave all of you potential buyers with this, I live in Chicago, IL which is a little under 1000 miles from Baton Rouge and over a 11 hour drive. I will without a second of hesitation make another trip to Infiniti Baton Rouge to buy another car from Ricky, because I know I can trust him and he will do what is best for the client in the long run. Ricky, let me know if you get a slightly used Corvette in stock, I'm on the next plane out. LOL.

My husband and I recently had a wonderful experience trading in our Yukon for a QX80 at Infiniti of Baton Rouge. Mike Kyle was an exceptional salesman, always helpful but never pushy and knowledgeable about the vehicle. I wanted a very specific vehicle and they went out and found it for us. The sales manager Chris was also great, always checking to see that we were being taken care of and even making friends with our youngest who was always tagging along when we visited the dealership. We recently purchased a 2015 Infinit iQ50 from Infiniti of Baton Rouge. We live in Alexandria. Our salesman was Kerry Lockett. We have purchased many cars in the past but this car sale experience was by far the best one yet. Kerry treated us with such great respect. His compassion was evident through his care, patience and concern with us due to the misfortune of a recent head-on collission that Teresa Juneau Whitmore, my wife, experienced. Kerry proved to be knowledgable about the product we were purchasing and was able to answer all of our questions, and gave us a great price, also. He has been available for follow up questions and has been prompt in responding.

Yes, we had to purchase a new car at a time that we just dKerryidn't feel like shopping for one but Kerry changed our outlook on that the minute we met him. Walked in with a preapproval from my bank. Now my salesman was amazing super sweet and friendly. We went through the entire process fairly easy. I knew coming in what vehicle I was interested in. Now we ve signed all documents at this point. But for some reason I felt a very unwelcoming vibe from the manager. Now we ve went through the entire process all the way up to me signing the paperwork to me buying my insurance. Then to be told it s a no go. also was very unwelcoming hearing the manager discuss things on my credit across the hall and laughing. Someone told me don t go there because I didn t fit the general sales criteria. But I went against everything because I loved the Q50. Just very sad with my experience. Again, Mr.Jerry was wonderful. It s the management team that needs some revamping.

Infiniti of Baton Rouge gave me the best price on ...

Infiniti of Baton Rouge gave me the best price on a QX60 which was priced better than New Orleans, Mobile and Lafayette dealers. Best if all, they allowed me to breathe - no constant calls and emails. Every question was answered, sometimes many ways, to ensure I was completely satisfied. My salesman, Mike Kyle, even had his manager (Chris Rogers) and the Internet Sales person (Jessica Schexnayder) come in and provide explanations. I love the fact that they use a team approach to sales since that serves as a learning experience for everyone.

My vehicle was in transit to the dealership and was expected in 2-3 days but actually came in early and Mike surprised me by bringing it around. It had just been loaded off the truck and needed to be prepped. Since I wasn't in a hurry, I opted to pick it up the next day. So that I wouldn't need to arrange transportation, Chris and Mike assigned me a QX60 to drive home. That worked out well because it enabled me to actually see the vehicle options and become accustomed to a vehicle that was larger than what I was accustomed to. I call that great customer service.

Every vehicle option was explained either by Mike or by viewing video on his IPAD. Mike even assisted me with adding my vehicle to my insurance, gave me a tour of the customer area of the dealerhip and introduced me to service personnel. The Finance Manager, Jonathan Hutchens, was also a no-rush and no-pressure type person who took time to provide full explanations.

At pickup, my vehicle was cleaned to perfection and even had a 1 year brake tag on the window. That was an unexpected $10 monetary savings but also a time savings by eliminating my need to locate a brake tag station. Mike emailed me a couple days after the sale to see if I had any problems or needed an explanation of any vehicle functions.

My experience with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was fabulous in every aspect and they are well deserving of more than 5 STARS.

I know you wanted me to be satisfied with what I wanted and needed. I had an awesome experience with your expertise in helping me to find a vehicle that I would like and be excited with. Brought my car to the service dept. to get fixed for an issue I've been having. I was charged $600+ total, including $330 for what I was told was the main reason for the issue. Immediately after paying $600 for them to fix the issue the same problem existed, I called INFINITI back to tell them & they decided to place blame elsewhere. I was told to replace a part with an official INFINITI part. I already replaced the exact part they told me & the problem STILL EXISTS. Their service dept. is suppose to have knowledge on fixing their own vehicles, instead they took $600 from me, still haven't fixed the issue I've been having, & refuse to try to fix it. Save yourself from visiting this place, they'll just give you the run-around to take your money.

The middle aged over paid commission sales ladies in the service department ruin the Infiniti service department, especially the lady named Tina, and the other one is just as bad. Their sole purpose is to OVER SELL you to make money for themselves. No one spends the time to check the with the under paid mechanics are doing in the back. I paid $1200 for a break job, got my car back and realized nothing had really been done. Useless

I saw a used 2019 Mazda CX-3 online that I was really hoping to get. The staff members were incredible in making sure I got to know each feature of the vehicle before purchase. Specifically, my car salesman was Bernie Hahn. Bernie cut through no corners and was very straightforward as it came to pricing and perks I would receive with the vehicle. Not only that, but he was very easy to talk to and he even stayed an hour after closing to make sure we had everything we needed before taking my new car home! Everyone had a great sense of humor and showed great personality throughout my time at Infiniti of Baton Rouge. I highly recommend it even if you're just looking around.

I purchased a vehicle from Infiniti of Baton Rouge about a month ago and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience.

Vance was a delight to work with. We live outside of the state and most of our communication was done via email and over the phone. He was very professional, friendly and made sure we got the car we had our eye on. We couldn't get down there right away; it was several days from the time we initiated communication until we could finally make it there.

The finance department (Kim Guidry) is also deserving of recognition- I have never had the process go so smoothly and swiftly. I'd like to also give props to Cookie for expediting the tag/registration process, for my local tax collector made matters slightly complicated.

I have dealt with other reputable dealerships in the past but they don't even come close to this one! I absolutely recommend checking Infiniti of Baton Rouge out if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. A+++!!

I arrived at the service department at closing time. Tim had my car brought out and let me check out even though the register was closed. As if this wasn t enough, he noticed a plastic piece sticking out from under my car and secured it with a special clip. My door was making a squeaking noise when he opened it so he brought out a tool to secure a bolt which to stoped the noise. Meanwhile, the young lady checking me out noticed that the battery in my key was running low so she replaced it. The service at this place is always outstanding and never disappoints.

Over the last 12 months I have been looking to buy...

Over the last 12 months I have been looking to buy a new mid sized SUV and have done the rounds of car dealerships in Baton Rouge and further afield looking at options. I first visited Infiniti of Baton Rouge about a year ago and looked at various models and met Bernie Hahn for the first time. He was not at all pushy, I felt no pressure to buy, and Bernie provided me with the documentation I wanted and offered me whatever help I needed in my search. We exchanged contact details and I went on my way. Delighted to report there were no daily follow up telephone calls unlike some of the other dealers .In fact I wanted some vehicle data which I could not find and I emailed Bernie requesting the data and he provided it within a few hours.

A few months after my initial contact, I had compiled a short list of vehicles one of which was the QX 60. Passing the dealership one day my wife and I decided to call in a see if we could test drive a car.I had no appointment but Bernie was there and the test was set up after completing the usual formalities I was given the keys and invited to drive off unaccompanied which gives you a great opportunity to discus with your wife the pros and cons without worrying about offending anyone. In fact we later test drove a second model and both events were enjoyable and informative.

A few months elapsed and this week we decided to buy a QX 60. I emailed a spec to Bernie who had an almost perfect match in inventory exterior color was not our first choice but the one available was perfectly acceptable. We returned to the dealership in person to look at the actual vehicle we would buy and after some deliberation decided to buy it and within 24 hours I drove the vehicle home.

I have bought many new vehicles in my time and have to admit I do not look forward to the experience which usually involves many hours at the dealership, sometimes hassling over specifications & finances and endless paperwork all often in far from pleasant surroundings. This Infiniti experience was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I have had. The Baton Rouge showroom/offices are tastefully arranged and decorated and an endless supply of drinks are always on offer. Most importantly Bernie played a important and patient role throughout my lengthy review process and in the end made sure that once I decided to proceed , the buying process was painless with all of the mandatory steps covered with total professionalism

Overall a very good experience and after 100 miles we are delighted with our new Infiniti QX 60 thank you Bernie

Infiniti/Acura of Baton Rouge defiantly made me and my family feel at home. Everyone was absolutely polite and welcomed us with open arms. Never were we pressured or pushed into buying a vehicle. My family and I drove from Lafayette and ended up making a deal we couldn't pass. A huge thanks to Mr. Vic Dees and Kimberly Guidry for helping us each step of the way. Hopefully they will still be there for our next purchase in years to come!

My experience with Infiniti of Baton Rouge was one of the greatest experience I have ever had at a car dealership. Everyone there is very friendly and finds ways to help you in any way possible. I used John O'neil to purchase my car from and he was amazing. I highly recomend Infiniti of Baton Rouge!!!!! And I am loving my new Q50 :-)

I recently purchased a QX60 from Infiniti of Baton Rouge. I had a very positive experience, staff was extremely helpful, especially Bernie Heine who was my salesperson. Bernie made the process very easy and trade in values were higher than other dealers. All in all, I recommend Infiniti of Baton Rouge and especially Bernie as a very qualified salesperson who is anxious to provide excellent customer service.

David was able to answer any/all of my questions, issues and or concerns. By the time he finished his sales pitch all I could say was where do I sign. Very friendly, courteous and professional.

I work in the Marketing department for Infiniti and was talking with a cute little old man waiting in Service with his little lady, I talked with Mr. Paul and his little lady for a while and they told me that he has had his Infiniti G35 since 2004 and that our service department takes such great care of him and his car that he would never have to buy another vehicle! He mentioned that Tim Landry and Gary Fields were two of the kindest men he has ever has the pleasure of dealing with. He also said, "If this dealership only sold bikes: I would only have a bike. That is how wonderful you people are!"

Those were probably the most amazing words any customer has ever personally said to me.
