I just bought a car from Acura of Baton Rouge and was extremely impressed with their entire car buying experience. My sales associate was Julie Pizzalato. She went over and beyond to help make this my smoothest and most freindly car buying experience I have had. I am out the area and drove in to buy the vehicle. Julie was very knowledgable of the vehicle and took her time to answer all my questions. She did not rush me nor make me feel as if she was too busy. From start to finish and every where in between I can honestly say that you can see that this is a Family run business. Mike Hammack, the business manager, also came out to answer my questions and helped in addressing all my questions as well. At no time was I left hung out to dry. PJ the finance manager was just as welcoming as well. I will be passing on their good name and my positive business experience with them to all my friends and collegues, as I was truly happy with the entire process.
