The show was great. Getting to and from was a nightmare. Between the police shutting roads down and the construction it took forever for an Uber to get to us. Top it off it was 35 degrees and a slow steady rain.. If you go drive there it is not rideshare friendly at all.

Went to see Kendrick Lamar and can't say enough about the experience. The concert was GREAT, but the venue was pretty awesome too. The line to get it was managed to perfection, I didn't have to wait an hour to get in like I have at other venues. Seating was adequate and comfortable, and nicely spaced. The climate control was great, very comfortable, not a sauna or an ice box. There were many options for food and drink and the sound and visibility from my seat were great. The security was also on point once Kendrick was about to take the stage (they lost control while the opening act, Travis Scott was performing but regained control thereafter). Had a great experience and would go back again. The one thing that looked a little crazy was the parking lot. I took an Uber so I didn't have to deal with it, but it looked very unorganized and difficult to manage. Other than that, I had a great time!

We frequently attend events at this venue and over...

We frequently attend events at this venue and overall have a pleasant experience. Recently, we had a unpleasant situation with their contracted security staff at an LFL football game. They use CSC events security, which most people know, generally doesn't provide great public relations with attendees at most venues they are contracted for. We had "Fast Pass" , which gave anyone holding one, front of the line access for the after game Meet n Greet with the Atlanta Steam. When everyone approached the security staff for access, they told us there is no such thing and to go to the end of the line like everyone else. I approached another, I asked for a supervisor, and he finally found one, but again was told if we didn't get to the back of the line, they would have the police remove us. We appreciate the gentleman for doing his best to help us but the 2 female security staff had a very bad demeanor and really need some coaching on how to handle customer needs. It was totally uncalled for to present involving the police when no one was causing her a problem, but asking for help to resolve the issue. I went to seek out a team representative for help and when she explained the "Fast Pass", another gentleman we think may have been CSC on site manager or management from the venue(white shirt and tie) approached and agreed with the team representative. From there, things went well.
All this said, Infinite Energy Arena, needs to coach their contracted personnel with customer service skills. Thank you to the CSC gentleman that helped us to get a supervisor, but the 2 females blocking off the area at the front of the line need some training in public relations. We all understand that they encounter a lot of issues at events, but understanding their maybe a PR issue and needing a supervisor to help should have been there next step and not threatening to get the police involved.
All in all, this is a great place for events and would give it a 5, and considered a 3 due to the recent issue, so I give it a 4. Oh, beware that they have typical highly expensive food and beverage.
I hope that management from the Arena and CSC reviews this and make steps to prevent future issues for other events.

I love this place! I visit 3 months ago to go to a hockey game and it was wonderful. The food was excellent. I ordered a hamburger and a hot dog for my friend and the drinks are on point! Please try to arrive early because it is always crowded.

Cirque Du Soleil Corte - fantastic show but came short of previous shows that I have seen. Also I purchased floor seats for the highest priced tickets that would have been a great view but I could not see past the people in front of me. All the floor seats were level whereas other seats were staggered

Great atmosphere for all types of entertainment with great viewlines throughout the arena. Foid choices are good and decently priced wide walking areas and very friendly staff inside and out. Smooth transition to the facility and very after events. Close to Interstate 85, wether you going north or south back into or towards Atlanta.

Overall a very nice facility with comfortable seats. Bathrooms have the new Dyson Air dryers which are subject to health debate.

Metal detectors are now used to enter building.

Management is very courteous and easy to work with

I love coming here for shows. Its my go to place to take my toddler. Parking is easy, security it easy, finding the seats is easy...only problem I have is the cost of food. I will easily spend $50 on junk in no time.

I went there for JapanFest, and it was great. Sure there were narrow hallways filled with people and the stuff was slightly expensive, but it was still a nice experience overall. I got to try a few new things and my best friend bought me a walk scroll to hang in my room. I think I'd like to go again if ever I have the money to do so.

It was my first time at the arena attending a Georgia Swarm game (they win 15-11 btw!). Entering the parking was a breeze, we scored a great spot, but we were also there an hour early for receive our free promotional koozie. By the way, parking was free. Getting into the gate was easy and quick. The staff were all so nice and smiley.
I won tickets to the game and we were in section 102 row P. Very good seat, great view. The chairs were so comfortable, I'd go as far to say that it's the most comfortable arena I've ever been in. The row was spacious and my favorite part was there was enough space between my legs and the row in front of me. The most uncomfortable seats I've been in were at StateFarm arena, this place was a million times better.
The eatery is small, they have about 5 different places on each side. Only 1 dip n dots cart with a ridiculously long line, pretzel and a praline cart.
Overall the experience was really good. The crowd was great, but the best part was the DJ/Announcer. he kept the crowd pumped and the arena rocking with all kinds of music.
I recommend eating before you get there, concession prices were high and the payoff just wasnt there for me. Other than that, enjoy a game at the arena, and GO GA SWARM!
