Concert was excellent ! Logistics of parking was a nightmare, absolutely nightmare. The scanners were NOT working another 45 minutes in line after paying over $400 for tickets in December ( concert in February). Not a good experience.

I was skeptical about going to a concert out here but Valet parking was quick and easy which made my Concert experience great.
Went to a concert here. I was very surprised at how big it is! We were in a suite so the food was catered and it was pretty good! The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
Company annual conventions are held here every year. Quiet and convenient, but the bad thing is that food outside is prohibited.
Went there for Japan fest with best friend and our kids. It was very crowded but we were able to navigate and see what we wanted to see.
I've been here many times for graduation ceremonies and for shows and concert etc. Great experience in all. Easy to find your way around inside and plenty of parking outside.
Great location for different events.. Free parking!
First timer to a hockey game! The entire family enjoyed ourselves.

I was seated in area 122 row C seat 5. I highly recommend this seat as it is next to sound and camera, but you still have a great view of the stage!! You can see all 3 screens behind the main stage. It felt nicely air conditioned. I had to park a bit far away, but it was worth it! Loved the concert and would definitely go again!!
Too much construction on the roadway and internal parking lot areas. Good facility .

Fabric chairs comfortable but need renovation. Overall very nice facility, very easy to get to, not so easy to get out of after events.

It is clean, has a fairly large parking space, the seats are super comfortable and spacious, the place is excellent for concerts.
Unimpressed. Been to 3 events. Sellers primarily showcasing their collectables and NOT actually trying to sell! Also some customers bringing in items to sell and sellers at their collectables tables trying to prevent a customer selling to another customer. Not ever paying their premium entry again, as it has been a total waste of time for 3 separate events just this year.
Attended a convention. The center is super nice with great amenities.
Went to see Wild-N-Out live, great show but they needed more doors open to let the patrons in!!
Due to construction it was a bit confusing how to navigate and the security couldn't guide me completely. Other than that its a lovely place and host many events.
Went to a concert at Infinite Energy Center. The venue is nice and the staff and security seemed very prepared and professional. The venue is not as large as some other venues but they host some of the more popular and bigger artists (U2, Panic! at the Disco, Childish Gambino). The atmosphere was exciting and the crowd was fun and loud. Definitely check out a concert here. I'm not from the area but I also believe they host semi professional basketball and hockey. I would definitely attend another event there and would recommend others to attend events there as well.
All seats are anchored to the floor. So you can't see the stage straight. And the parking is too crowded. To much walking... Other than that, it was good.
Enjoyed watching the gladiators play. Nice hockey arena. If you sit low try not to sit directly behind the penalty box. The double panes distort the view of the ice and game often. Excellent facility though.
Awesome theatre space ! Poor customer service by some workers from parking traffic directing people with a attitude to checking in people lack of professionalism! Hated it the parking distance could use a second parking deck .

I saw A Day To Remember and Trans-Siberian Orchestra here recently. Very easy to get in the place, there's a lot of parking, staff is super friendly and helpful, the sound is astonishing and the security screening is fast and easy. Highly recommend coming here
Easy to find, convenient parking, and nice venue. Although not nearly enough seating at the food court area.
Went here to see Panic! At the Disco. The band was amazing, but the acoustics were horrible and ruined the experience for me. If you go, make sure to bring earplugs, they might help a bit.
Many different events held here. All have been organized well.
Concessions are too pricey and venue needs a facelift. Feels like going to a concert in 1995 when you go here.

Went to Joyce Meyer Conference..place is big with a few places to grab something to eat..is expensive paid $5 for a Gatorade n food are small portion..but otherwise good place

Definitely one of the best concert & sport venues in the area. I've been twice and had a great experience both times. The parking lot is very well organized to get as many people out as possible.
Was there for the Atlanta Crown gymnastics meet. Seating was great for the event.
Great place to watch any venue. Especially watching the Georgia Swarm! Everybody's buzzing about Sting City! Check it out.
It s a nice small theater. You can see everything really well even if you sit in the back.

1818 Club at Infinite Center - attended a luncheon meeting that is world class for speaker amenities, speed and decor but the buffet food ranks as good as it gets! My only other comment is that if you have not been their YOU SHOULD.
Pick up tickets for a future Gladiators game and staff was so accomadating
Venue is nice, traffic was manageable, trolley made parking a Godsend.

Good experience, great conference, but the food and even the drinks were ridiculously expensive. A regular size Gatorade was 4.25!

The show was great, the lines for merch weren't too terribly long. Prices are as expected. The way the railings are in the aisles make it hard to see the stage, however. My main issue comes to the parking lot. When it's time to leave it's a mad dash of thousands of people, and there is no one directing the traffic. We ended up being stuck for 45 minutes 5 feet from our parking spot because no one in the other line of cars would let our line in. Get someone out to direct traffic!
