This is a spacious convention center. It holds so many people. There are bunch of stages and workshop rooms. There was enough ramps and wheelchair accessibility.

I really enjoy attend events in this center very nice ,clean, and friendly staff
Nice place for an event. Very clean and has great staff.
I didn't get to tour around the center. Therefore,
I can't elaborate.
Excellent experience... will be going back Feb 13!! Hockey hockey hockey
First time visiting was for a Girl Scout Leadership convention and the place is great! Very clean and the staff that helped were wonderful.
Luis miguel concert great seats, but concert started 2 hours late. People were leaving. I enjoyed the show , but very disappointed with the long long wait
I return to the Japan Fest every year and it is great each time! I love the culture, the cosplay, and the food! Best Saturday in a long time!
My daughter's graduation was there and we were just so proud of her in the place was amazing
Great venue without the downtown Atlanta hassle. Many concerts, other events and home of the Gladiators.
There is currently construction going on where most of the parking for cars was. Be prepared to walk a short distance to the entry.
We had graduation here and I think it went fantastic other than one thing. Basing this review off my only time here I have to say that the event went smooth except for the fact we didn't have enough chairs for my entire graduating class. Which is the only reason it got a 4 star. Otherwise it would have been 5 all day.
Terrible sounds systems and terrible trying to get out of parking after event.
Went for a LFL game. Had a great time! The parking lot was free of trash, also found a great place to tailgate! They also have places where you can charge your electric cars. (I personally don't have one, just thought it was useful info).
The friendly staff seem genuinely happy that you come to visit. Go see a hockey game and you'll be glad you did.
Great time with daughter, neice, and her step-mom watching Kacey Musgraves and Harry Styles! Drinks were a little pricey but that is to be expected at these types of events.
Good place to spend weekend and watch Atlanta Gladiators
Everything was excellent, the food, the best quality, the music great, the musical band, was great, we appreciate to work with Virtual Properties Realty, thank you again to Karen and Steve Wagner, the owners of this great Company.
Was nice. Went to a graduation ceremony. Only one drawback, leaving the arena was a nightmare just to get to your car and leaving out driving was almost as bad.
Really cool venue that had great facilities. No complaints at all!
Very nice venue for concerts and shows . They do a good job and very efficient to get people in and out .
My biggest complain is that they are trying to make money by offering wifi .
I have been to many big venues like this and wifi is free .
As a matter of fact I was 2 weeks ago in Charlotte NC for a concert at PNC music pavilion . They offered free and crazy fast internet .
So please infinite energy , don't try to nickel and dime everything .
I bet if you would charge 50 cents extra a ticket and offer free internet , you will make more money than trying to charge for it
Nice venue for many varous
events and concerts
Was easy to find and plenty of parking. No outside food and drinks allowed. Located on a beautiful campus. Has restaurants and market with cooked food nearby.
Amazing!!!, went on J Balvin's concert and everything was perfect, no issues at all.
Great place. Saw Tool last night, lots of free parking and a really clean, modern place. Staff was very friendly.
I was here for Japan fest. The venue was too small for the event and crowd control was terrible, starting from the entrance where they had two people with hand scanners for thousands of people. I was pregnant and had to stand outside in the hot sun for more than half an hour just to get inside and we already had a ticket. No thought was given to flow. Every room and hallway was stuffed to the brim with businesses. There were several times that the crowd level seemed downright dangerous, especially in the anime area. Every hallway was so crammed with vendors that there was no room to walk. There was not enough seating at events either.
LOVE this place. Saw My Brother, My Brother and Me here, and even though they will NEVER upload that live recording (because they hate ATL I guess), it was a blast and a half. I also saw the Pokemon Symphony here, and cried like a little girl, of course. Also, I'd like to point out that I seemed to be the only one to know ALL the words to the Pokemon show theme song, even the second verse!
Nice location for a concert. Helpful staff. I wish it was a little more accessible for those who have difficulty with distance and stairs. You definitely need to be aware of the seating. Great concert with plenty of parking.
Nice facility, but event coordination was horrible for the event I attended.
Wow, wow, WOW. I love coming here. Spectacular arena.ots of fun.
Nice venue! Been there for several functions in the past
Just saw my first ice hockey game EVER! Atlanta Gladiators beat the Florida Everglades 3-1 after taking advantage of two consecutive penalty timeouts which gave the Gladiators an edge in the number of players on the ice. First time ever also in the Infinite Energy Center even though I drive by it regularly on my way to visit our Granddaughter. I really liked the size of this arena. It was smaller than those gigantic ones, so you were closer to the action than most sport venues I have attended. Can't really be objective about parking as I went with a school group during a weekday. But I can say it is on Sugarloaf Parkway which handles heavy traffic fairly well, it is very close to I-85 North & South ramps AND a police officer controls the lights at the main entrance to keep things moving.
Came to see Cedric the Entertainer and George Lopez was very nice. the chairs was very very close but doable for the price I paid. the food was good& the staff was friendly
Pretty nice venue. In a good area. Would recommend events here
I went to Peachtree Ridge High School. It was well organized. There are enough doors to get in and out, there were no pushing or any of that. My son graduated there 5 years ago great place.
I saw Tyler the Creator here. Great stadium, the sound systems are amazing and it's very spacious. I would recommend coming to see an event here.
Stood in line for over 30 minutes just to get a drink. Seating was uncomfortable & too close together. Not my favorite venue.
Awesome conference and I'm not sure how many of the staff were from the arena or the conference, but we had a great time and had the help we required!
This place is beautiful. My husband's company had their Christmas party here. We were at a suite. It was awesome! Love, love this place!
First time going to a concert and ai enjoyed the experience
A great venue. Ample amount of free parking right at the venue.
Nice venue for the festival I went to (Japan Fest). Has large indoor venue for concerts or food Courts. There is even a nice scenic bridge overlooking water. Only problem was in a crowd you can get disoriented with size of venue. Overall nice venue.
Nice space with overpriced drinks. $20 for a double shot?!?
Popular venue, but acoustics are TERRIBLE! Have seen several music performances here and have been disappointed every time. I'm sure that this venue works great for other event, hence the three stars.
Great Acoustics. Very clean. Only problem I had was some of the employees who were contracted to work outside directing people before the graduation ceremonies were rude. That was this year. Now, year before last I attended a business conference for a weekend. Everything was excellent.
I went to purchase tickets for an upcoming show and the gentleman that was at kiosk was so nice. He accommodated all my needs.
Good size arena which has good sound for its size and it has free parking!
Hard to have a bad seat here. I have seen everything from the circus to Tool here and it has been awesome. Avoid graduations.
Very nice small theatre. High price concessions , not much to choose from and not very tasty. Facility is very clean. Workers are friendly and polite
I really like seeing shows at this venue. The seats are decent and the sound is really nice.
I'm looking forward to the expanded parking that I hear is in the works as when it rains, walking to doors from the far outside lots is not a pleasant experience.
OMy nephew graduation on 20th of May, the weather was hot we stood outside more than hour facility open doors at noon. Then you have to go through security to get in the building. After ceremony was over took us twenty minutes get out of the parking lot because no direct flow traffic because people was leaving and another graduating class coming in.
Free Chapel's Forward conference held here each year! Perfect accommodations for these 13K+ folks to enjoy the fun, fellowship, and feeding from the Word of God!
Poor parking and traffic management but other than that this place is awesome
Parking is plentiful.. but parking attendants for events are desperately needed
Construction. Add navigation a bit rough with all of the pedestrians, but who can complain when the parking is free
Great venue! Ticket sales for a big show like U2...JT....HORRIBLE!!!! Waited outside for HOURS!!!! Did not get tickets, despite being among the first 10 in line.
Good seats and the audio , lighting was not bad. Lots of parking space.
