We had graduation here and I think it went fantastic other than one thing. Basing this review off my only time here I have to say that the event went smooth except for the fact we didn't have enough chairs for my entire graduating class. Which is the only reason it got a 4 star. Otherwise it would have been 5 all day.

Went for a LFL game. Had a great time! The parking lot was free of trash, also found a great place to tailgate! They also have places where you can charge your electric cars. (I personally don't have one, just thought it was useful info).

Very nice venue for concerts and shows . They do a good job and very efficient to get people in and out .
My biggest complain is that they are trying to make money by offering wifi .
I have been to many big venues like this and wifi is free .
As a matter of fact I was 2 weeks ago in Charlotte NC for a concert at PNC music pavilion . They offered free and crazy fast internet .
So please infinite energy , don't try to nickel and dime everything .
I bet if you would charge 50 cents extra a ticket and offer free internet , you will make more money than trying to charge for it

I was here for Japan fest. The venue was too small for the event and crowd control was terrible, starting from the entrance where they had two people with hand scanners for thousands of people. I was pregnant and had to stand outside in the hot sun for more than half an hour just to get inside and we already had a ticket. No thought was given to flow. Every room and hallway was stuffed to the brim with businesses. There were several times that the crowd level seemed downright dangerous, especially in the anime area. Every hallway was so crammed with vendors that there was no room to walk. There was not enough seating at events either.

LOVE this place. Saw My Brother, My Brother and Me here, and even though they will NEVER upload that live recording (because they hate ATL I guess), it was a blast and a half. I also saw the Pokemon Symphony here, and cried like a little girl, of course. Also, I'd like to point out that I seemed to be the only one to know ALL the words to the Pokemon show theme song, even the second verse!

Nice location for a concert. Helpful staff. I wish it was a little more accessible for those who have difficulty with distance and stairs. You definitely need to be aware of the seating. Great concert with plenty of parking.

Just saw my first ice hockey game EVER! Atlanta Gladiators beat the Florida Everglades 3-1 after taking advantage of two consecutive penalty timeouts which gave the Gladiators an edge in the number of players on the ice. First time ever also in the Infinite Energy Center even though I drive by it regularly on my way to visit our Granddaughter. I really liked the size of this arena. It was smaller than those gigantic ones, so you were closer to the action than most sport venues I have attended. Can't really be objective about parking as I went with a school group during a weekday. But I can say it is on Sugarloaf Parkway which handles heavy traffic fairly well, it is very close to I-85 North & South ramps AND a police officer controls the lights at the main entrance to keep things moving.

I went to Peachtree Ridge High School. It was well organized. There are enough doors to get in and out, there were no pushing or any of that. My son graduated there 5 years ago great place.

Nice venue for the festival I went to (Japan Fest). Has large indoor venue for concerts or food Courts. There is even a nice scenic bridge overlooking water. Only problem was in a crowd you can get disoriented with size of venue. Overall nice venue.

Popular venue, but acoustics are TERRIBLE! Have seen several music performances here and have been disappointed every time. I'm sure that this venue works great for other event, hence the three stars.

Great Acoustics. Very clean. Only problem I had was some of the employees who were contracted to work outside directing people before the graduation ceremonies were rude. That was this year. Now, year before last I attended a business conference for a weekend. Everything was excellent.

I really like seeing shows at this venue. The seats are decent and the sound is really nice.
I'm looking forward to the expanded parking that I hear is in the works as when it rains, walking to doors from the far outside lots is not a pleasant experience.

OMy nephew graduation on 20th of May, the weather was hot we stood outside more than hour facility open doors at noon. Then you have to go through security to get in the building. After ceremony was over took us twenty minutes get out of the parking lot because no direct flow traffic because people was leaving and another graduating class coming in.
