Went to see Kane Brown. Parking was free and easy to navigate. After the show it was easy to get out. Inside the venue was nice staff was helpful and we enjoyed it. This is somewhere I would return.

There for a concert. Intimate arena, safe to say any seats will be a good vantage point to see what is going on, only problem with our floor seats were seats were smaller than economy seats on an airplane, you are gonna get to know the person next to you a bit more than you might like. If you are short consider upper level. Will book cheaper seats next time. Also entering/ exiting floor seating area is difficult as you have limited exit points and have to climb up/ down stairs through the upper level seating area. Not good for anyone with mobility issues or PTSD and are vigilant about ability to exit in an emergency. Staff is VERY friendly, pricey drinks. Clean.

The acoustics were quite poor. It's a beautiful center, but we were there for a Phil Collins concert and the songs were so blurred that we couldn't understand the words. Also, signage was not clear as to where to go. Luckily they had good staff in many locations to answer questions and direct us.

Complete waste of time

Complete waste of time

Can't see nothing on a floor sear

I visited the energy center for the teacher supply give a way. Staff working this event was friendly however the wait was terrible. The line did move the whole time, it was just different than last year.

Finding the entrance was difficult for me and several thousand others: road directions were sorely lacking. The meeting space was adequate but nothing to go out of your way for. Not recommended if you are a promoter unless the terms are so good that you can lose 30 percent of your customer base who can't find the placek and yes I was using GPS.

Great place, everybody that worked the concert did awesome was courteous and friendly even the Patriots some of the females anyway we're pretty cool. The only thing that was really a pain was when we were leaving after the show there were no one directing the flow in the parking lot itself but once you got out to the road it was a breeze. I will go back and watch another show there

I still have issues with their parking set up, so hopefully the new constructions will help abate some of that. That is sincerely my biggest complaint about the EC. Everything else is standard fare from event centers: higher priced food but a lot of fun events. I've been to a few Gladiator games, and a conference and the seats were fine - just don't expect super comfy and spacious seats. Overall, it's not bad in the slightest, and it's our hometown venue so we gotta support them where we can

Wow. Coming from SC this arena was located conveniently on the north side of I-85 for easy in and out. A rare smaller size arena. It felt like a large theater for a concert. The bathrooms were super clean. It had a large food court and great staff. Was very enjoyable

Nice

Came to see the Gwinnett Gladiators. Glad I went and will definitely go back. The arena is fantastic. The only downside is the parking. If you're meeting with friends, make sure you coordinate ahead of time - which entrance to use, which parking lot to meet in.

Very nice venue. My family and I went to see Joyce Meyer when she was here, as well as three years ago.

Our daughter will be graduating from there on Sunday, May 19. The only con is the drive, which is over an hour if traffic is really bad.
