Was doing some work over there and really in to places like that to many people
Was doing some work over there and really in to places like that to many people
Seems like a nice venue. The event I went to did not utilize the space well, and did not appear well organized.
The entire arena was nice, clean, and over enough leg in the seating area for tall people.
We love that we can come here for hockey. I like that the venue is smaller than the Phillip's. You are never too far from what you're watching
A great facility. Ample parking and lot of options for hosting an event.
Went to see Kane Brown. Parking was free and easy to navigate. After the show it was easy to get out. Inside the venue was nice staff was helpful and we enjoyed it. This is somewhere I would return.
Love no wonder this place for events always clean always friendly staff easy to find your way around with Well Mark the areas great place
Went to see Bishop T. D. Jakes and just get a word from the Lord! The Infinite Energy Center is a great place for any large event!
The inside is great, the wait in the rain yonget through security was WONDERFUL!
Nicest, best sounding arena, anywhere. Justin Timberlake, Bob Dylan, and Paul McCartney, have all raved on the sound quality! Home of the World champion Georgia Swarm Lacrosse team!!
Great place for events and concerts, really organized and fun
There for a concert. Intimate arena, safe to say any seats will be a good vantage point to see what is going on, only problem with our floor seats were seats were smaller than economy seats on an airplane, you are gonna get to know the person next to you a bit more than you might like. If you are short consider upper level. Will book cheaper seats next time. Also entering/ exiting floor seating area is difficult as you have limited exit points and have to climb up/ down stairs through the upper level seating area. Not good for anyone with mobility issues or PTSD and are vigilant about ability to exit in an emergency. Staff is VERY friendly, pricey drinks. Clean.
Very nice well maintained center. Great concessions and clean restrooms.
SUPERM CONCERT WAS AMAZING THANKS TOO THE STAFF FROM THIS PLACE SO HELPFUL AND KIND PEOPLE. REALLY HOPE TO COME BACK SOON FOR ANOTHER KPOP CONCERT!!
The acoustics were quite poor. It's a beautiful center, but we were there for a Phil Collins concert and the songs were so blurred that we couldn't understand the words. Also, signage was not clear as to where to go. Luckily they had good staff in many locations to answer questions and direct us.
Great location. Seating was very comfortable and free parking!!
Great venue. All of the seats offer great views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Drinks and snacks are very high but they always are at these places.
A lovely venue. I liked the setup for the Atlanta Vegfest.
Went to see the Cirque du Soleil show... was awesome! And they have a lot of other events coming up soon! Excellent place!
Nice venue with friendly staff. Sound was good and they handled the wait decent.
Passion 2019 was here. Very nice venue. The sound was excellent and would definitely return.
I went to the center to see Disney on ice I was sitting in section 200 surprisingly the seats were in a great location I was able to see the whole show with comfortability.
Bathrooms & facility needs updating. Enjoyed the event I attended. Sound was good all over the facility. Seating was good
Here for TCL concert it is my first concert in 17 years. So excited
One of the better concert venues in the Metro Atlanta area, especially if you do not like super super large crowds. Great Sound. Food on site. Always plenty of security.
I go here for not only concerts (Panic! At the Disco most recently) but also for HOCKEY!!!
Complete waste of time
Staff doesn't help
Can't see nothing on a floor sear
Don't come here
You need to go in person to buy tickets or pay a absurd fee. Place is scammy
I visited the energy center for the teacher supply give a way. Staff working this event was friendly however the wait was terrible. The line did move the whole time, it was just different than last year.
Finding the entrance was difficult for me and several thousand others: road directions were sorely lacking. The meeting space was adequate but nothing to go out of your way for. Not recommended if you are a promoter unless the terms are so good that you can lose 30 percent of your customer base who can't find the placek and yes I was using GPS.
Great place, everybody that worked the concert did awesome was courteous and friendly even the Patriots some of the females anyway we're pretty cool. The only thing that was really a pain was when we were leaving after the show there were no one directing the flow in the parking lot itself but once you got out to the road it was a breeze. I will go back and watch another show there
Nice venue. However, I only give it 4 stars due to the fact that there are not enough tables for people to their eat from the food court. Too many people have to sit on the floor.
Not a bad seat in the house. Cons...No post event traffic control, expensive concessions, no privacy dividers in men's room
Great arena and facilities, but just awful parking lot exiting at end of events. Too many bottlenecks.
Atlanta doesn't draw the greatest crowds. Otherwise lots of food and beer options!
Nice venue. Was a tad out of the way and the security lines were pretty long
The audio quality is amazing I habe con twice now once for the Panic! At The Disco concert and then for the cirque du solei.
This is an amazing space. Went for JapanFest for the past three years and loved it.
Great venue. Clean with plenty of food and drink options. Plenty of free parking. It's just super far.
Nice facility but parking is horrible due to all of the construction.
Very nice, but gets over crowded easily for events.
So many great shows and events happen here. Good floor plan and easy bathroom locations.
I still have issues with their parking set up, so hopefully the new constructions will help abate some of that. That is sincerely my biggest complaint about the EC. Everything else is standard fare from event centers: higher priced food but a lot of fun events. I've been to a few Gladiator games, and a conference and the seats were fine - just don't expect super comfy and spacious seats. Overall, it's not bad in the slightest, and it's our hometown venue so we gotta support them where we can
Wow. Coming from SC this arena was located conveniently on the north side of I-85 for easy in and out. A rare smaller size arena. It felt like a large theater for a concert. The bathrooms were super clean. It had a large food court and great staff. Was very enjoyable
Great facility for Events always clean, staff very helpful an simple to get in and out
Nice sized venue with good facilities. ..gwinnett police do a good job handling traffic
Good small arena. Some decent places surrounding it to eat and drink before an event.
Free parking! Easy access to the venue. We saw In This Moment and Disturbed! Would totally recommend for a music venue!
Has both a theater and an arena. Many events are held there. In the arena, sits are tight if you have long legs.
Great venue. However, parking left a little to be desired. Hardly any markings anywhere to know where you parked. They need to put better markings in each section.
Great local venue for sporting events and shows without having to go to the city
Came to see the Gwinnett Gladiators. Glad I went and will definitely go back. The arena is fantastic. The only downside is the parking. If you're meeting with friends, make sure you coordinate ahead of time - which entrance to use, which parking lot to meet in.
It was amazing to have our passion conference there it was so accommodating and had so much room
Very unorganized, food prices and drinks are very expensive.
Great concert venue, construction made parking a little difficult, but it will be even better facility when work is finished!!
Very nice venue. My family and I went to see Joyce Meyer when she was here, as well as three years ago.
Our daughter will be graduating from there on Sunday, May 19. The only con is the drive, which is over an hour if traffic is really bad.
