Great concert. Venue is easy to get in and out of. All seats are good.

Concert was great, ushers a bit rude and cornal dmsanderscat the escalator was not pleasent.

Great service, excellent food, and exciting entertainment.

Great venue. Was there for my University of Phoenix doctoral commencement and the stage and seating was grand and inviting.

Saw a concert easy in easy out. Decent drink options

Went to see Tool last time they came through ATL here and it's a nice venue. Easy parking both coming and going. We had good seats, but this is a large enough place that if you were on the far end it's a pretty long view to the stage.

Went there for forward conference 2017. Great time and great venue.

Went there for Japan Fest had a good time is a nice facility

The hockey game was awesome, but the hype guy picks some weird songs. The guy doing the little prize games was not very good at holding the mic close enough to the fans to hear them.

It was a really nice place but the seating was too close.

Nice venue, easy access with a good selection of food and drink. Drinks, however are WAY overpriced. $22 for a "double" frozen margarita is insane. Their idea of a double is less than an actual single from any bar I've ever been to.

Great venue, but the staff were having a lot of difficulty with organization and communication.

Absolutely enjoy events at this location. Its always very well organized, smooth and staff is extremely friendly and always willing to assist.

Geographic Monopoly. All the "food" options inside are incredibly expensive. Usually has good events though.

Did not do a good job of enforcing the mask policy at my graduation.

It's pretty cool however getting around the arena through the seating is tedious.

enjoyed the Taste of Gwinnett. Lots of incredible foods to eat. Didn't even know some of these restaurants existed.

Great venue for shows. It's smaller and more intimate than Phillips.

Ushers who don't show you where your seats are. The whole arena was literally filled of smoke from weed and cigarettes. Horrendous for people with asthma! Never once saw anyone working there approach anyone obviously smoking. And then there was a 40 minute COMPLETE STANDSTILL on one side of the parking lot...while the other side was smooth sailing. Terrible organization. It was like they have never had a event at this arena or they literally employee the laziest people ever.

Only plus to this venue is it was nice inside.
Will never return to this venue again.

My husband and I saw wayne brady the illusionist and jon bon jovi here. We had a great time.

Great arena with some pretty decent food options inside. Prices are typical (beer is $11, candied almonds are $6) watched the Atlanta Gladiators Hockey and the atmosphere was awesome! Definitely recommend for anyone looking for some hockey in Atlanta

I have been coming to the Infinite Energy Center for years. What I really like is the easy parking and Gwinnett Co Police do a very nice job keeping the area secure. I have seen many concerts this the seating is pretty good. The area is always clean and access is quick and easy. Full food court inside with all kinds of options.

I've attended several events here. Most notable was Paul McCartney Up Close. Most recently I attended the Gwinnett Ballet's Nutcracker performance.

Was there for TSO concert, entry was secure and quick. Seats were grest6

My family and I were watching the Trans-siberian Orchestra play. It was amazing, the set up was flawless.

ANDEA BOCELLI'S concert was SUPER!! WONDERFUL!! EXPECTACULAR!! He got an AMAZING AND EXCELLENT VOICE!!!
THE ARENA WAS NICE! THE PARKING facility WAS nice!! Finding a place to park was pretty smooth! But getting out of the parking lot, was TERRIBLE!!! THERE ARE MORE than 1 EXITS in P1 P2, possibly 3? but Only 1 or 2 exits was moving! The one that we we're at, was stuck,stagnant! Our line didn't move for 40 mins!!! We could have WALKED TO our Hotel! Some people that was directing the traffic have no idea what they're doing!

Free parking for the win! Overall it's not a bad venue.

Attended my nephew's graduation, everything was very nice. There were almost 900 graduates.

We saw Arcade Fire here and it was a great venue for music. It is a short walk from our hotel at Embassy Suites.

Overpriced Food and drinks. Not very handicap friendly

Went to see the Harlem Globetrotters. Great entertainment. Really nice facility.

Love going to Gladiators games here. Easy to get in and out. Lots of parking and food / drinks are reasonable for a sporting event.

I went to JapanFest that was being hosted here. The building is beautiful and clean, and the parking isn't bad at all. I had a wonderful time here and it felt safe the entire time with the security that was there.

This place has to be one of my favorite venues for concerts and events! The staff are always very pleasant. It's nice that it is easy to enjoy the performances whether you're in the pit, 100 level, or 200 level (I've tried all levels for different events).

This is also a great place for a filming location because there is enough parking for crew, cast, and for large background numbers as well with enough interior space for gear, catering, holding, and an on-site basecamp that is an easy van ride (or slight walk for those daring).

Can not handle outgoing traffic for even small events

I performed in a play at the Infinite Energy Center, theater. What an amazing experience! The staff was amazing! Mitch was our main contact and he set us up in dressing rooms and help coordinate the stage set up. We worked with light and sound and they were wonderful, too. To have an opportunity to perform in such a great venue was an awesome experience. Whether you're coming to the theater to watch a play or concert or be in a play or concert, you can't go wrong in this place!

The chamber of commerce meetings are so helpful to any business owner.

It was hard to navigate in groups and difficult to get seats for the people who came early, buy the experience was amazing.
