Easy free parking, walk in access without stairs. Good arena

The GA Swarm game was so good to watch. I also like that the arena seats were comfortable

Even with construction, easy to get into. A good place for q gymnastics meet.

Went to the scrapbook and stamp expo. All kinds of new things and took a couple classes. Was great. Go every year for about the last 5 years.

First time tonight. Awesome experience watching hockey. Will definitely be back

At a high school graduation, this place was perfect!

Giant, clean event location. Went to JapanFest there and being out of state, the location had lots of signs so I never felt lost, and also ran shuttles. Staff was really friendly too and made sure to let people know when the shuttle quit running.

I liked it I had a good time when it hosted Japanfest.

It was fun taking my granddaughter to see Disney on Ice.

Bad experience due to the unlogical staff when I have to rebuy my ticket even though my paper I printed out says I paided. Also when buying the $10 ticket again, they didn t give me a receipt so in that way they are avoiding taxes...

Have been to this facility for graduations, in the past. But most recently, the family and myself attended a GA Swarm game! Can I just say, it was a great game, pretty intense and just a plain ol' good time. Definitely check out the GA Swarm, you will enjoy. THEY ARE GOOD TOO!!

Excellent experience! Acoustics where off the hook!

The ppl at this concert were all happy beautiful ppl. Kid Rock was insanely rocking. 1000 horses were perfect. This arena way better than the bridgestone in Nashville.

It is a very spacious and clean place, it also has ample parking, ideal for events.

Easy access to parking. Easy to find seats. went to the Super M concert and it was great.

Not a bad place for its basic purpose, but the ticketing and customer service can be a joke sometimes. Several instances where the system has been 'down' and also the box office workers just don't seem like they give a damn. I frequent gladiators games, and its a rare occurrence when I get decent customer service. And today's "backup plan" for their system being down was taking my flexpass vouchers (worth a nice chunk of cash) and exchanging handwritten information on loose printer paper for when the system goes online. The clerk was not bashful about how happy he was to get off in a few minutes, and when I asked for some kind of confirmation that my vouchers were taken, like maybe a backup receipt form (like MANY stores have in case of systems going down), and instead got a smart a$$ reply of "yes I have your vouchers". I took my vouchers back. I'm not giving someone something as good as cash in hopes of getting a phone call later. Unbelievable.

Very well organized while entering the concert. Leaving on the other had was the polar opposite
Chaos is an understatement. Absolutely no one directing traffic. People driving any which way they pkeased

It's a normal concert venue but it's always a fun place to be, especially when your favorite artist is performing!! Thank you Ozuna

Came for last showing of Ringling bros circus... Which was beyond amazing... Really put in a lot of effort into the show...

As for the arena, free parking was nice, but you get what you pay for... Took over 30 minutes to get out of the parking lot after the show... Not good, or even acceptable for that matter when you're paying 200 for 2 people plus accouterments...

However, aside from parking, it was an excellent experience (hard to get to seats though, they are too close like cheap movie theater seats), but those two inconveniences didn't ruin the experience. Overall: very enjoyable time, and will return for Disney on Ice soon!

Saw Jackson Brown here, and it was an excellent venue for a concert. The acoustics were exceptional for being indoors.

Great place to see a show. Location is SO easy to get to and parking lots are quick to get in and out of.

The arena is nice, clean, clean restrooms, but the concessions is lie 5 dollars for a drink that is very crazy

Great venue, food options, friendly staff. Be aware, seats not for plus sized people.

Boorish security and not customer centric. No seating in food court and minimal stand-up tables.

Very nice. Snacks and food are really expensive though. And no juice just sodas & spring water. Don't know if other times they have juice.

Took 40 minutes to exit parking deck, completely unacceptable
