First time at imperial was greeted by two very nice young men by the names of Richard and Nick from imperial Ford. Wasn't ready to buy but they made my experience pleasant and fun while I was on the lot.

Low balled on my trade. Seemed like they were going out of their way to keep me away from the "out the door"price. I wanted prices on extended warranties and they all but refused to reveal before I signed. I walked. Tried to buy two vehicles from there. This was the last time I go there. Plenty of other options around
I have bought my last 2 cars from Ali, at Imperial Ford. I would not want to buy from anyone else. Asa salesman he listened to what I was looking for and did all he could to get me in the car I wanted. I drove it home, less then 24 hours later. The dealership itself is full of a knowledgeable and friendly staff . It is not easy to buy a car (or do anything else) during these times, but Imperial made this experience easy and simple. They call and check in on their clients to see how they are liking the vehicle. Buying a car is a big investment... you should definitely go to Imperial for your next car.
Had the pleasure of working with Paul Przybylek. I did not make a purchase as I'm split between the focus and fiesta St but I know who my salesman will be when I make up my mind.
Paul was a great help and a dedicated unsalesman. There was 0 pressure in this experience but a definite availability of information and advice which is rare in the dealership world.

Very happy with the car I purchased. The dealership is very nice and the salespeople are professional. Based on my experience, I would definitely keep this place in mind for used cars.
Just bought a used Ford Fusion from here. The cars windshield was cracked when I test drove it. After purchasing the vehicle it took a week for the replacement windshield to come in and be installed. During this time they gave me an Explorer to drive as a loaner.
After picking up the car the gas tank was just at half instead of being full. The dealer didn't inform me till pick up that the car only had one key fob. Without two key fobs you cannot change the keyless entry code on the door of the car. You need both keys to get the original factory code. Not getting two keyless remote fobs is BS when the vehicle requires it. Not being told about it even more so.
My daughter was in the market for her 1st car and we ended up at Imperial Ford. My husband walked around looking for a sales person, as people were in their own conversations. There was this 1 Sales guy who offered assistance to my Husband and that was Tom. Out of all my experiences, Tom D'Andrea is by far the best sales person I have worked with. He listened to what we were looking for. Did not come across as pushy / or agressive for a sale. Made us feel comfortable and took car of us. Shared some stories with my Daughter and made her laugh. Tom definitely made her 1st car buying experience a great one. We made our purchase and have not pick up our car yet. Im sure everything will be perfect (if not I will come back and edit) but Tom most certainly deserves 5 stars!! Much appreciated!! Thank you Tom D'Andrea, keep doing what you do. I purchased a 2019 Explorer from Imperial Ford this past Wednesday. Drove to Mendon from the Cape and was greeted by Dave Bertulli, one of their sales consultants. Great guy and made the experience much more enjoyable having just gotten off my overnight shift at 7 AM that morning. Aside from his exceptional professionalism regarding the vehicle purchase, he was fun to talk to about a variety of things! Usually my test drives are awkward but during this one, I had questions for Dave and Dave had questions for me. Joe, who I did all the paperwork with at the end, was also an awesome dude. Had great conversations with him as well plus many, many laughs! As for the interior/exterior detail of my new vehicle, I noticed stains on the 3rd row seating upholstery that Dave was informed of following the test drive. He made it clear to the detailing team to have the stains cleaned out, and they did an excellent job! Cool atmosphere inside at Imperial Ford with the music/retro theme which also made my 5 hour experience there more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend this dealership if you re in the market for a new vehicle.
This is the third time I'm purchasing a vehicle from Dave Bertulli, he know how to make the experience hassle free. This is also the second time I'm buying a Mustang from Dave at Imperial Ford. When it came to the finance part of the deal, Kim Jacques for the second time, worked wonders for me. They both made the process great and always explain and break everything down for you. I highly recommend stopping by and talking to Dave Bertulli or any of the other friendly sales staff. Not to mention the great Miss Mendon diner, that is there on the dealership lot.
Imperial Ford is a very large Ford dealership with a large variety of new and used cars and trucks. When you walk through the front door the showroom is wall to wall carpeting and is spotless apparently the owner is an Elvis Presley fan and you will see that when you walk in. When you walk through the front door, on the left is a lounge with a full wall tv. The salespeople are very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell and are very willing to help you but not pushy at all. I was there to pick up a new Ford F-150 pick up truck and the service I got was outstanding.
Love the scam flyers in the mail. Also dealer sells your phone to xm radio. They will call you to bug years after purchase. EDIT: Now they are sending text messages inviting me to sell my used car, they really know how much its worth!

Tom Sabetta is an excellent sales person, exceptional product knowledge and great follow up and personality! I feel that he worked hard to earn my business and deserved it. I have had many experiences with dealerships and people who are only interested in selling their vehicles, no matter what terrible avenues they need to take. My experience with Imperial Ford was like nothing that I have experienced before. From the second you step foot onto the lot, everyone is extremely friendly, there is music playing, and it's an incredible atmosphere. I was helped by a great group of people: Tom D'Andrea, Lou Carvahlo, Joe Trocha, and many other great employees. They were not pushy and interested in only making a profit and moving onto the next person. They took their time, asked what I wanted in a vehicle, showed me my options, and told me what each vehicle does, etc. I did not once feel that I was being pressured into anything. I even went next door to the Miss Mendon Diner for lunch and to think over this purchase before making my final decision. There are so many people at this dealership who are willing to help and make everyone's experience just like mine. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a vehicle, new or used, they have many options and employees who will find you exactly what you are looking for, and it will be a very pleasurable experience.

The deal was one of the smoothest transactions that I have ever been apart of. Mike Peters was not a pushy salesman and came across more as friend which made it easy to talk too. Ms. Jacques (spelling) in finance was a pleasure to deal with. Great sense of humor and easy going. I would drive the hour again to purchase another vehicle or have this one serviced. Went hear to check out a truck I had seen online. The salesman Bob was very helpful and I believe I am going to buy the truck here. I would definitely recommend you to at least stop by and look and talk to the people. They really try to work out a deal for you.

Probably the worst dealership experience ever. The prices online are based on all sorts of fine print, just to lure you in. Then they tell you the price online is a lie. And on top of that the paperwork fee is outrageous, $500
Everything from the very first "Hello" of the salesman, to me driving out of there the same day with a new car was a joy. Ali was not pushy at all and quickly realized what type of car I wanted/could afford. The finance officer was kind and very expedient in find us the correct loan which would fit out budget, and then they took care of the registration of the car with minimal effort from me. In sum, I would definitely go back to Imperial as my experience was absolutely wonderful!

I was only there to stop for an oil change. The guys at Ford service are great people. You could wait in the lounge area or I would highly recommend walking over to Miss Mendon dinner. Food is great.
Great experience, better than any other dealer I ve been too. They went out of there way to find the car I wanted, and got it delivered to the dealership for me to pick up. Lou Carvalho and Mike Potenza are great guys that will do anything for you. Highly recommend this dealership, and especially dealing with them when you do.

They are SCAMMERS, don't waste your time! Their prices online are false. My fiance & I went in yesterday to see a car that online was $16,277. We were ready to pay cash and purchase it. When it came to talk numbers the salesperson said the price online was wrong and that the car cost $20,000 something. About $4,000 off!? When I argued that their salesperson emailed us that price as well, he said that the person who emailed us knows nothing about the prices. We walked out. Buying a car is hard enough no need to deal with scammers!!
What a hoax. I went with my wife last night to Imperial in Mendon, MA to see a Jeep Renegade my wife was interested in. We wanted to see what they wanted to offer in order to compare with our other options. We were attended by a guy named AHMAD ALSABAGH, we did the test drive, then we sit down to look at the numbers, he told us the price, we thanked him and said we would look at our options and get back to him, then he started to say that because it was raining and it was the end of the day that he wanted to gain our business, so he started to put the price of the car down from 23k+ to 19k, then he gave us an hour to decide, when we came back inside to negotiate, he brought the price back to 23k and tried to present to us some $350 off coupon ... it sounded like he was trying to fool us around to still pay the 23k, he just put the price down to get us interested in getting the business done. Be aware of the unprofessional acts of these salesmen. We walked away immediately, and if they do this to you, please do the same, that's how we protect ourselves from bad sales methods. If someone continues the negotiation and closes a deal they will continue to use this type of method to get people to buy cars. I believe a negotiation has a starting point that moves towards the closing, if the salesman can get you that frustrated putting the price back up, he is not serious he's actually a liar.
Darren, sales person, was very knowledgeable about truck, made sure I got the right package. Very easy to talk with during negotiations and the rest of the team at Imperial Ford was very helpful.
I went in just for an oil change and the technicians had found problems with my tires, brakes, and water pump. As I commute to Boston every day for work and school, having a car is a necessity for me. Dan, over in service, was extremely helpful during this whole process and provided me with multiple pricing options and fantastic customer service!
Santos Cruzado and Dave Bertulli provided excellent customer service. Both sales reps were patient, prompt, and professional. Though I do wish my new truck came with floor mats, I'm still highly satisfied with the deal I received on my F250. Therefore, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who simultaneously wants a good experience and a great deal on a new vehicle.

I wanted to share by far the most frustrating car buying experience I have had in my 40years. There isn't enough space here to put down all the details but this should of been the easiest sale of the year. The customer service and response from Kim in the finance dept was awful, no call backs, bad responses when I did reach her. They could not accommodate a meeting before there team meeting, even though I was traveling 2hrs, at 9am. They couldnt FedEx me the documents that I needed to complete the sale to save me a needless trip. If you don't have the ability to complete transactions in an online sales environment please do not advertise online. Out of state customers and online vehicle purchasers beware, don't waist your time with companies that do not put the customers first. There are way to many other great dealers out there.
We went looking for cars on Saturday, March 2nd during the snow storm. We didn't have high expectations on finding what we wanted. As soon as we got there we were greeted by our sales person, Mike Potenza. He brought us right inside and made us feel very comfortable. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us a car that we fell in love with right away. He was very professional and friendly on helping us through the process of buying the car. Then we met with the business manager, Joe Trocha to get financing. He was just as helpful and pleasant and he even suggested a warranty that fit within our budget. So far our experience at Imperial Ford has been better than we expected and a very easy experience. Thanks to Mike and Joe we found the car we really wanted and with a payment we can afford.
