I wanted to share by far the most frustrating car buying experience I have had in my 40years. There isn't enough space here to put down all the details but this should of been the easiest sale of the year. The customer service and response from Kim in the finance dept was awful, no call backs, bad responses when I did reach her. They could not accommodate a meeting before there team meeting, even though I was traveling 2hrs, at 9am. They couldnt FedEx me the documents that I needed to complete the sale to save me a needless trip. If you don't have the ability to complete transactions in an online sales environment please do not advertise online. Out of state customers and online vehicle purchasers beware, don't waist your time with companies that do not put the customers first. There are way to many other great dealers out there.
