My daughter was in the market for her 1st car and we ended up at Imperial Ford. My husband walked around looking for a sales person, as people were in their own conversations. There was this 1 Sales guy who offered assistance to my Husband and that was Tom.
Out of all my experiences, Tom D'Andrea is by far the best sales person I have worked with. He listened to what we were looking for. Did not come across as pushy / or agressive for a sale. Made us feel comfortable and took car of us. Shared some stories with my Daughter and made her laugh. Tom definitely made her 1st car buying experience a great one.
We made our purchase and have not pick up our car yet. Im sure everything will be perfect (if not I will come back and edit) but Tom most certainly deserves 5 stars!! Much appreciated!!
