I lost my stuff on friday evening. Though I still stayed in Amsterdam till monday, I could not have a chance to pick up my stuff by myself. Ilost put my stuff on their webpage on Monday evening which I was flying back to Bangkok. The only way to retrieve my stuff bag is by international shipping, which cost me 94 euro. Moreover, I have to pay for additional tariff (about 30 euro) charged by Thai Custom no matter what kind of things inside the package.
For this case, I could get my stuff by myself if Ilost has other ways to contact besides only on webpage.
Or, if Ilost insists to have only way of communication, you should list the lost stuffs on webpage as soon as possible. But you do not work on weekend, who dare to complain..
Anyway, if shipping is your way to gain the benefit, I shouldn't have a word, should I?

A bit hard to find in the dark, but I was able to pick up my lost item within two days!

Initially, we were bit worried on the lost of our daughter's school library bag. But HTM service desk assured us that we can view & claim it online. I lost my jacket in the bus and before 24hrs sank in, I refreshed the lost and found webpage and voila! There it was. This is super convenient, especially as a foreigner in a new country. Very glad about this service :-)

I received a reply within a minute confirming that the item was indeed mine. After filling in my details, I had my lost keys back within three days. When the item is shipped, you will also receive a track & trace code. So great!

Glasses were lost when he was on the site the same day got back great

Can't believe how quickly I received my backpack after I left it on the tram. I looked on the website in lost and found and identified it by the photo. Sent them a note about the contents and they responded the next day confirming that I owned it and gave instructions on retrieval. I paid and it went out immediately on DHL. Can't believe that I got everything back (such honest people in Amsterdam and so helpful in the transportation office - GVB). So appreciative of everyones honesty and effort to return my backpack.

Due to the corona situation, there was a delay. However, I received an answer online and received a call when the office reopened. I have my iPad back. Thanks! :-)

Recently last week my son forgot his backpack on the bus. At that moment immediately passed this on to the bus driver unfortunately nothing was found then, but when I looked at ILost one day later he was placed on their site! I am sooo happy and my son too that we have found his backpack with content and everything was still happy! I am very grateful to the finder and ILost of course !! Very nice that there is a site like iLost because thanks to them we are again very happy that the backpack has ended up again which I really did not expect! Luckily there are still honest people in this time .. :) I would definitely recommend iLost if you can (hopefully never or not)

My mother had forgotten a bag with a blouse and a sweater that she had just bought on the bus. Called Arriva and said we should check this out. If it is delivered then it would be with a photo on it. And yes, two working days later it was finished. Super what a service. You must be able to prove that it is yours. By means of a detailed description what was in it I was told the next day that we could pick it up 2 days later at service point of Arriva. The day of losing and the day of getting back was exactly a week. Really super well arranged with this medium. Thanks again!!

An excellent service from HTM to return lost items to the owner. I had left my backpack with contents in bus 21. After looking at the website of lost items iLost I saw the photo with my backpack ,. A few clicks a few check questions and within 3 days it was clear that it was mine. For a small amount of 4 euros, the backpack was also delivered to my home by courier. Awesome!

What a huge useful! You can quickly see if something has been found; there is a good check whether you are indeed the owner and especially a super-fast transmission!

Its great you can find back your stuff this easily and the only downside is there only limited places you can pick it up. So you may or may not have to travel a bit.

I lost my coat, luckily found again by the Arriva staff after 1 week I was able to pick it up in Breda. also nice staff.

Very nice that this exists. The counter of bring was less ideal, because few open, and not in the ideal place (quite a bit away from the central bus station). iLost also worked well

Efficient and excellent service! I lost my wallet in a very busy location in Amsterdam and it was handed into the police a few days later. It was then handed into lost and found and put onto their site in great time. I lost hope in finding my wallet but thanks to you guys it was found. Best part was that the cash was still inside!

Great, fast phone found again. Only awkward that I had to travel to another city. It is more convenient if they keep the found objects as close as possible to the place where they were lost.

Super handy, because of this I have found my wallet !! It took a few days before I got an answer, but I think that was because of the Christmas season.

It took a while before my item was on it, but then I was able to claim it very easily!

It was nice to see that the lost items can be found on the site and we were soon informed that we could pick it up. Only when we picked it up the lady behind the desk was not very friendly and treated us like little children. But in general we are very satisfied.

I lost my backpack on a public bus, it was a saturday so i had to wait until monday. They uploaded a picture of my backpack (which included my passport and credit cards) they asked me a couple of questions about it and then they called me to their office. Everything was quick and easy. Everything was there ABSOLUTELY everything (including a lot of euros in cash). Im surprised about the efficiency and honesty of this company and country. 6 stars for them.

Clear site. Easy to find your lost things. Only things missing from my bag that I had lost

Of it wasn't for me insisting the list bag was mine after multiple items had been removed from my bag. I would have never received it.

My phone returned after a week. Clear site only be careful that the list is not relevant. Then you usually only see Iphones

Well organized, assertive communication and fast service

The website itself well to recover lost property. In my case my son's favorite cuddle cloth, but then 16, - shipping costs for a courier to have it sent. This must be different for small items that simply fit in an envelope through the letterbox.

Very nice that I was able to find my lost things so easily. I also think the safety check is very good. The only thing they could improve is the search function on the site, maybe it can automatically go from 'old to new' instead of relevance, because I think that more people check every day whether what they have lost is on it.

Ilost is a great system for lost / forgotten things on the bus. My son had forgotten his coat on bus 50 from connexxion in The Hague. A photo was put on their (lost and found) site and there it was.

It did take a few days, but eventually our bag of content was on the site. Sooo happy !!! We were able to tell what was in the bag, the RET was contacted and we were able to pick it up the same day.

First problem I faced was that my phone which was inside the bag found was missing!!! It was inside the bag and now I can t find it

Second problem is that you ve sent me wrong address of the pick up point. In the email was that I have to go Rotterdam central station and after I went there, Ret staff told me that my missing bag is in another address.

After arriving the new address, I was very lucky they fond my bag, she couldn t find it at the first time and she said I have to come another time until the last moment when someone from the second shift I think accidentally came and found it for me.
I could had to wait longer time to be able to pick it up.
Other then that everything was perfect and thanks a lot for founding my bag

Excellent service, good communication. However, the pick-up times may be slightly longer than just the morning.

Glad my item was found. What I don't understand is that a pick-up appointment can be made on a public holiday .. the service point was not open and I threw away 20 euros in travel expenses ..

Very happy to have found my keys again fairly quickly via ilost. If you have lost something, check this site for a few days and there is a good chance that you will find it again.
