I am very pleased with how I was addressed by the lost and found department.
Everything went as I was told, including the day of viewing i.lost.nl, 4 working days.
And found my bag on the site.
My first telephone contact with your colleague Linda (if I remember correctly) gave me one less burden and I gained confidence in finding my bag again.
To my surprise, everything was still there.
The lady at the desk was also very kindly received when I picked it up and I have my bag back.
So a big for your work and helpfulness.
