I am happy to have my scarf back. But ... if I hadn't had a photo of it or a receipt, I would never have got it back. Coincidentally, I was in the picture with my grandson and that was still difficult to prove that it is my scarf. How do you do that if you don't have proof. Who takes a picture of himself before he goes somewhere ..... I didn't like the approach when picking up my property, while I could describe exactly what the scarf looked like !!
