I lost my backpack on a public bus, it was a saturday so i had to wait until monday. They uploaded a picture of my backpack (which included my passport and credit cards) they asked me a couple of questions about it and then they called me to their office. Everything was quick and easy. Everything was there ABSOLUTELY everything (including a lot of euros in cash). Im surprised about the efficiency and honesty of this company and country. 6 stars for them.
