My mother had forgotten a bag with a blouse and a sweater that she had just bought on the bus. Called Arriva and said we should check this out. If it is delivered then it would be with a photo on it. And yes, two working days later it was finished. Super what a service. You must be able to prove that it is yours. By means of a detailed description what was in it I was told the next day that we could pick it up 2 days later at service point of Arriva. The day of losing and the day of getting back was exactly a week. Really super well arranged with this medium. Thanks again!!
