First problem I faced was that my phone which was inside the bag found was missing!!! It was inside the bag and now I can t find it

Second problem is that you ve sent me wrong address of the pick up point. In the email was that I have to go Rotterdam central station and after I went there, Ret staff told me that my missing bag is in another address.

After arriving the new address, I was very lucky they fond my bag, she couldn t find it at the first time and she said I have to come another time until the last moment when someone from the second shift I think accidentally came and found it for me.
I could had to wait longer time to be able to pick it up.
Other then that everything was perfect and thanks a lot for founding my bag
