Top customer service! Unfortunately, the faucet was forgotten when I delivered my kitchen, which was noticed by the fitter. After waiting 20 minutes at the service counter, my request was resolved within 5 minutes and I got a replacement! A complaint could not run better. Thank you IKEA!

No empathy for customer requirements, service concept zero. I'm really not that way, but due to the treatment of another customer, I have decided to make both this purchase and future either in Eching or Augsburg. It may be that I can not handle IKEA completely, but this branch certainly. Also, I realize that the management of this store will be no matter, but I personally it is better. What I noticed in the furniture exhibition in comparison to the last time is that there are more and more sample rooms now even with sloping roof. We bought some new furniture from Ikea. The delivery was agreed in the furniture store and the furniture already paid.
The day of delivery came. Unfortunately the forwarding company did not confirm the delivery date the day before. I have been there on time. The shipping company too, but without a call you were gone again. I tried to call, of course, no one ran it. So today the delivery could not take place. I had to make a new appointment, so take another day off to receive the delivery. The furniture came this time and should also be built. The sofa was for the fitters, with whom I unfortunately could not communicate, a challenge they did not manage. In addition, a part was missing, which had to be replenished by IKEA. The fitters left, leaving behind a half - and on top of that, a false couch. There was another team, which should build the beds and the closet. Communication is also difficult. The mechanics said, the closet is too big and does not fit and wanted to go. They got rude and shouted at my wife, a way I do not accept and tolerate. The construction process of my ordered and paid goods lasted over three weeks. A rude who seeks his equal. I called the IKEA hotline in Hofheim im Taunus. What can I say. Customer service at IKEA Germany simply does not exist. After endless attempts to reach an employee by phone, it finally worked out. When all employees are in conversation is simply hung up. Incredible. I then talked to a woman Ferl from customer service. This was really nice and could understand my displeasure absolutely. She gave me a complaint number. With this I should complain to Ikea after the construction was completed, at Ikea.
But before that, I had another episode with the furniture fitters from IKEA. There were two mechanics where I doubt that they have ever built this sofa. The team leader of our moving company, who came with our remaining furniture, had to assist the gentlemen so that the sofa could be set up. They would probably still be building today. It was not built properly, so that had to be reworked.
I finally lost my good mood and immediately wrote to the customer service. On average, the issue is dealt with within four days, so at least IKEA prides itself. After 16 days, an employee of the customer service in Hofheim / Taunus has registered. He flew over my email quickly, he said and can now reimburse me with the installation costs of the sofa in the amount of 29 euros. Wow IKEA that's what I call customer service. I tried to explain that I had to take a total of 3 days off for the excellent service provided by IKEA. I said I'm used to something different from IKEA in the US when it comes to customer service. He actually went in and offered 50 euros as compensation. That's his last offer. I asked him if he wanted to hug me. I gave the employee to understand that he should read the process in peace again and his supervisor then like to call me again.
I expect reasonable compensation from IKEA. That's where IKEA Germany likes to set an example at IKEA USA.

Last week (23.08., About 14:00) we were shopping at Ikea.
Among other things, we bought two pictures and two frames.
When invited to the car, we noticed that a picture is missing. However, according to the document, both pictures were settled. Then we returned to the cashier we paid. The saleswoman referred us to customer service.
We described the problem to the staff, to which they replied with indifference and disrespect, that the picture probably took someone else and that he could not do anything about it now.
For this situation was not even trying to find ways to solve, the staff present just hooked the issue uncompromising with the words "I can not do anything."
This has caused us a financial loss.
With their customer service, we are more than dissatisfied, we will buy in the future in any of your stores more, because we no longer want to offer such a "service".
Compensation would be the least, especially since the reimbursement of this amount for IKEA does not cause any significant damage, but for people living at the subsistence level there is a lot of money that is missing elsewhere.
