Very bad service. We were sometimes ignored or simply kept being sent to another location. Everyone was annoyed and it took us 45 minutes to get what we wanted. Would have been possible in 5 minutes with the right information.
The hot dog stand was also a disaster. The lady apparently understood German poorly, in any case she simply threw the hot dogs away because she constantly made the wrong orders. Sorry to see so much food in the trash. We then took the wrongly assigned hot dogs because we couldn't watch it. Why 2 stars - the cashier was the only nice and helpful person.

Here one could get the impression, at IKEA the business is running badly! Savings are made wherever possible, everything is rationalized, employees are replaced by "do it self cash". The Ikea Family Stand has been replaced by a machine that does not work. And the employees (a certain level) who should know about it are sick or on vacation. Everyone, really everyone has sent me to this said booth when I had to ask about this machine. No, they were not there. The machine did not print my IKEA card because it was empty. I applied for my IKEA card with an incredibly secure password, which I could not fully grasp. What for ?? Have I been for many years a Family Card, ne is no longer valid. What shoud that ?
Everywhere employees are running around who are no longer committed to doing their job. I have been a customer of IKEA for 30 years, but this one is dirty and run down.
Does IKEA need that? These austerity measures?

A lot of interesting things for the interior design. Unfortunately, the labyrinth of paths for 'visitors' effectively combines finding specific items. The location of the store so far out of town does not make things easier, so small purchases will fall off.

The restaurant is always clean the food is of price and quantity ok. The furniture is good value for money. The staff is mostly very friendly. The hot dogs and the small food for the snack are excellent

We had to go to IKEA on a Saturday for a variety of reasons. Not a good idea. Chaos in the restaurant and long waits at the cash register. The door on the elevator was open only by manual pressing. A shopping experience.

Friendly staff ... That's it but what you can say about the service. Had ordered goods to pick up. (9: 30-12: 00 collection date on a Saturday.) Goods were not finished in the period with the reason to high rush with the Vorbestellungen ?! Now I'm wondering what kind of job logistics is doing in the store. You can see that already days before what was ordered and that it is something more. If the logistics were once active knows that something is not working!
The one at the Ikea must be nice and good are already but 3 hours and the prospect of even longer waiting time.
Is in my opinion an imposition. Is not an isolated case ...
There are some people who also rented cars because of the appointment which they pay now for free.
Just sad the whole. And really annoying prefer to deliver!

Everyone knows Ikea in itself and does not have to be rated at this point. The market in particular offers the usual offer for the company with adequate infrastructure (scarce, but actually enough parking spaces) but it must be said that unlike Ikea in other cities it gets so extremely crowded in the week and especially on Saturday that a visit is not fun, a hiring at the service desk a torture.

Four e-charging stations are definitely not enough! All the desired products were almost available, but there was no vegetarian main course in the restaurant. The belt for returning the dishes was also blocked. However, staff in the meal expenses were very nice.

Everyone at IKEA is always so nice and friendly, I thought. The board says "main course + rump steak" and I ask the cook whether the main course is the one with asparagus and potatoes. He says yes, but the steak takes 4 minutes, so in the meantime I'm supposed to get a salad from the counter, because that's part of it.
I wait forever and then see another guest get a plate of rump steak with chips. There is now another cook, whom I tell that I will wait more than 15 minutes for my steak. Instead of an apology, they say yes, then they have to be ready here. I stood exactly 1 meter in front of the output. Then he says, "But the salad has to be extra", I say "Your colleague said it was part of it, I should get it", he says "he thought maybe you wanted the steak with fries", "No" I say , "I asked about this particular dish, steak with asparagus and potatoes". He remains stubborn and says "yes, but look at the blackboard here ..", I say "if your colleague tells me that a salad goes with it, should I tell him, no, you have no idea?"

He ends with "well it's wrong, you would have seen it at the checkout at the latest, it works automatically".

I leave the salad and think to myself, just for having been forgotten and waiting for a long time you could have given me the salad (otherwise 99Ct) as an excuse, but it didn't even come with words.
