The service is quite miserable. Two events in a couple of months within Ikaalinen Spa and the same experience both times. In November, for the little Christmas parties, we got the food drinks ordered just before the dessert. In the bars, the service was pointlessly slow.

Today the service in the cafe was grumpy and we watched as the same dirty dishes hung on the table for over 3 hours. There were very few people as customers, at least not in a hurry.

I can't recommend.
