Hotel Ikaalia is in dire need of an upgrade. The furniture in the room was worn and fluffy, the toilet / bathroom look even more shabby.
The spa was bright and cozy. 5- & 4-year-olds especially liked the big water slide.
The clerk (Jaana?) Who was there at the reception was really happy and friendly - special thanks to her!
