Beautiful hotel and the restaurant is fantastic. The grilled fish and veggies were so fresh. The cheesecake was divine!

Absolutely fantastic! Great rooms, great location. The breakfast buffet is to die for, endless options (Nutella & Strawberry pancakes!). Reasonably priced parking available in garage near the Cannes casino. Everything is nearby and walkable. Private beach across the street that turns into a night club at night. Stayed here a week after the Cannes Film Festival in 2016, can't wait to go back!
Nice benefits .. normal for the price .. sublime frame beautiful terrace .. very nice home
The most magnificent looking hotel in Cannes. Competes with Majestic, but wins in service and decoration! According to experts, the two turrets on the roof symbolize the chest of the courtesan known at the time)))), which of course adds intrigue. Gorgeous zatraki, coffee and croissants. Near the hotel exhibition vanity automakers
Looks amazing. How the other half live. Could not get near it.
Beautiful Hotel. Room (with sea view)on the 5th floor needs renovation: Larger flatscreen, carpet, decoration & faster Wifi. Great Service from Julien at the Carlton Beach. Beach should be a non-smoking.....Good dinner food, but slow service. We had to wait 30 min to be seated for Breakfast. Nice Breakfast buffet we good variety fo food. No bottle of Water offered in our car upon check-out..
The bed is small, and the card is locked when the baggage has not been checked out.
But the hotel is good in hardware and very European.
Always welcome however ice cream could be accompanied by homemade cookies rather than industrial pancakes. !!! The tartare and gourmet coffee met our requirements.
Excellent lunch by the sea. Impeccable service except at the time of payment as they did not have a contactless pos and therefore I was unable to pay with samsung pay.
One of the best hotel in cannes and the bar in the lobby is exceptional amazing service
Very good hotel, the reception was able to answer all the requests that we could carry out. The suite a little expensive but it was worth it.
Very nice hotel with brewery restaurant. We could not eat, our friends had a small dog. We were politely put out. We are then returned to Martinez!
Horrible experience: the room was in a pitiful state the walls were cracked, the beds uncomfortable and the TV looks like it is from the 2000s I do not recommend. The prices for bottled water are enormous (20 euros per bottle of Badoit) and the same for beach clubs 70 euros per day. The watermelon cost 25 euros and it was 1/4 watermelon. Fortunately the staff was nice but the hotel quaint. The hotel does not deserve the 5 stars c a shame. I put a star for the friendliness of the staff.
In low season, this mythical place remains sometoute affordable to live a unique experience
all spectacular, many congratulations, also the building is very beautiful! of the best of Cannes
Excellent response from the staff who, while busy with a full bar accomadated me. The proceeded to deliver a large glass of my favorites single malt and a cold beer with some complimentary snacks. Would certainly return for more drinks. Prices are high but so is the standard and the selection on offer.
Legendary spot that always lives up to it service and name.
Dogs were banned from January this year!
We recieved no information that dogs were banned.
We travell to the Carlton Cannes since years but this year we have been there the last time.
The very dog friendly hotel changed their rules and banned dogs!
We felt just tolerated but not welcome anymore.
We talked to them but they are not interessted in our issue!
We will stay at another hotel from today on!
A wonderful hotel, very professional service and at the highest level.
A great hotel and an institution in Cannes. Everything is luxury and care inside
Difficult to do better from the welcome to the room through the restaurant is nice
Excellent service at the bar, which allowed me to spend a very friendly moment.
Unable to answer your question for the simple reason that the Carlton is currently closed following the pandemic
It feels sad when you consider the history of the hotel that the focus seems to be geared towards serving corporate clients and capitalising on its reputation.
The historical entrance and facade has been covered with corporate advertising whenever I've visited. The beach is essentially an event stage and the restaurant, whilst serving great food, is overpriced compared to the other places nearby.
Rooms are small but of a reasonable standard, the traffic and noise around the building leaves a lot to be desired.
Staff are friendly and helpful, check-in and out is easy. Hotel is central.
Overall its possibly worth considering the majestic which has equal historical significance, but is of a much higher standard and has also maintained its dignity.
Very nice place on Saturday night with the musicians.
As every year during the Cannes Film Festival the Carlton and a meeting place and meeting and evening at Madame Monsieur's extraordinary filled with people from the Cannes community and movie people it is a pity that in the Carlton there are as many of prostitutes
Super luxury hotel from at least 1000 a night but rightly so. Habitual customers especially Arabs. The fleet in front doesn't take away any doubts.
Location, location, location !....We all went to stay at a hotel like this now and again, and it ticks all the boxes.
Not as expensive as you may imagine for an average room, Just a stones throw from the beach and within a very short walk of some of the best shopping for luxury brands that appeal to women in the south of France, top quality yet quite affordable restaurants all around and very easy to see why the area is a top retirement spot for the average man as well as the super rich.
I would recommend a stay here just for the sake of being able to say you had in fact stayed here, and it won't break the bank !
Unless you're staying in a suite, the rooms are mediocre and the inward facing views are shockingly bad considering the prices.
Exceptional musical moment at the CARLTON bar today; the pianist places us in a bubble from which we no longer wanted to leave;
Fantastic
All this is a little old, past and a little toc
It's good for American stars and others you've seen, or so rich defrocked Arabs who come to exile their Lamborghini. Oh, yes, there are also the Russian oligarchs who have laid a statue at the entrance can not uglier and insignificant in the grandiloquent.
In short, we have the pointed breasts of the Belle Otero in the form of cupolas to console us that all had its glory time.
Prestige place on the Croisette. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Great cocktails at the bar and delicious breakfast buffet in the morning ... with champagne!
getting dressed up and treating yourself to a mid day cocktail is something that everyone who comes to cannes must do.
Visited the hotel on my day trip to Cannes. At the time of my visit, the attention was diverted to the street in the front of the hotel with an array of supercars from Arab countries! There was a Bugatti Chiron, Lamborghini Aventador and Hurrican, Ferraris, a few Mercedes G Wagons floating around including a 6x6, Pagani Huyiras, Rolls Royce etc. The valet workers were attentive and busy clearing the road for the fireworks event that eve with people getting in the way trying to take photos of the cars. As for the hotel, the facade and interior looked amazing. The decor was all class and the place looked like it's price tag. All hotel staff were hospitable and accimitating which is what you'd expect to see. Although I only visited, I would highly recommend anybody else visiting the town to check out the Carlton - it's a must-see!
The rooms are getting old but the service couldn't be better !!!
The hotel lives from the great location and the perfectly trained staff who leave nothing to be desired and always friendly and courteous !!!! Thank you very much!!!! Looking forward to the next time
Good service, unfortunately unsanitary hotel, mold, humidity, old and broken furniture, hotel to be avoided!
The stay was excellent and the staff was great. Beautiful building inside and out. Room was comfortable and nice but lacked a couple modern touches like outlets near the desk.
Beautiful place, the breakfast is excellent and copieu.
I recommend.
Remarkable and unforgettable stay thanks to all the team
Definitely the best places to rest your eye, especially in the Festival period!
Magnificent entry ... to my credit, the peony being my favorite flower and my nickname.
Very friendly staff.
not many people in the bar at the entrance
the room is large is charming, really very luxury but old
service and high-end
we spent a moment out of time with the pianist really very fabulous
awesome. thank you
Little stroll on the Croisette after having picked up the son at the station!
Nobody on the street ... the seaside beaches are under construction ... a red carpet guides your steps ...
Mythical place
Do not hesitate to enter and have a cocktail in the bar
Wonderful building. Eye-catching. Enjoy going in and out.
Very elegant place but in the meantime you feel at ease good and well-kept meals friendly and kind staff
The setting is beautiful, the services offered meet all expectations and the staff is very well qualified!
