Rooms in a sorry state, valet service overwhelmed, but thankfully nice welcome

The concierge are very helpful, the buffet is great but the rooms aren't so good

Upscale hotel, all comfort perfect for the family !!!!! Intimate rooftop pool, very good rating for the spa, also for the restaurant with a very good map. I recommend following David Lynch.

Very good hotel . We had a lovely Sea view room and the staff were helpful.Breakfast was super but when raining a large queue appeared, very expensive to eat but a beautiful hotel with a beach opposite.

Very expensive hotel from 480 per night. There are Saudis frequented, etc. From the cars that you know from outside. I only got coffee for me to go.

Best hotel in Cannes, personnel is very friendly and available.

Average I m afraid...or even below! So here is a good example of how not to operate a restaurant; the popular Sunday Brunch at Carlton has gone up from 75 to 84 per person (already not cheap at 75) but then the quality has gone down?!? So we pay more for less!! Surely that s not how it works?

Be your own judge. I ve given 3 of 5 stars but that s more because of sentimental reasons..it only deserves a 2 star rating to be honest. A real shame!

It is a magnificent and very luxurious hotel, although it was not a client, the very kind and polite staff let me enter to admire its different rooms and the works of art that are exhibited in them. If you can allow it, I recommend that you pass it even if it is a single night.

Great damage for tonight. Very good service, very attentive and friendly staff. But tonight a "DJ" out of which we do not know where it seemed to be in the disco area that flooded us with a thunderous music. We ran away disappointed. Damage damage.

The Carlton - a dream for many travelers. As soon as you enter, you are surrounded by the charm and flair of past decades. You literally expect Cary Grant to come around the corner at any moment;)
But now to the hotel: very nice and helpful staff, a great bed and fast internet (which is not always a matter of course even in 5 * hotels).
Certainly there are more modern and better rooms - but if you stay here you expect tradition and the charm of the 50s (at least we do) - and you will not be disappointed.
The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired, everyone will find something to their taste here.
However, everyone has to decide for themselves whether the overall package is worth the price. In any case, it is an experience to have stayed here.

This hotel lives up to its reputation.
First of all, the welcome was absolutely perfect, the staff were very welcoming and kind.
The bedroom is spacious and very well equipped. The bedding is spotless, the beds very comfortable. We did not experience any problems during our stay at the Carlton.
In addition, the prices are reasonable and justified.
I highly recommend the Carlton which for me and unmissable in Cannes.

An exceptional place! I regularly visit the hotel bar where you will find a "cozy" atmosphere and qualified staff. The attention staff pay to you exceeds that of competing establishments. The cocktails are full of flavor and the menu well filled. Do not hesitate to ask for the "Finger Food" menu which will accompany your moment of relaxation with delicious delicacies prepared by the minute.
I heard that the property was going to undergo a renovation, so I wish every success in the accomplishment of this project.

Hotel worthy of a palace. If you have the opportunity to go see the Grace Kelly Suite, it is beautiful.

Establishment to flee! You will be better accommodated in an ibis for less. The rooms are in poor condition, with 20 year old amenities, overpriced prices, and cracks everywhere!
This hotel equates to a 2 star and again!

If I had to rate the view and the architecture I d give 5 stars for sure. Unfortunately, the hotel has a lot to improve. Service is not great. I had better experiences in 5 stars hotels. They are way under expectations. So many other things need to be improved : cleanliness, quality of beddings (pillow case broken) and toiletries (poor quality), furnitures and walls (stains and dirt) need an urgent refreshment... Also, very complicated to get a hot drink other than a coffee after the room service has closed at 8pm, there are no kettles in the room nor complementary tea bags...
