I ordered Monday home appliances for the whole house of considerable value. Two days later, they receive a sec- ond e-mail message, without excuses or other information, as part of the products are out of stock. I mention that these products are still displayed on the ideal site as in stock and delivered within 1-5 business days. I tried to call and I hit the robot. I responded to e-mail asking for information on how to recover the amount already collected by ideall online as well as on the delivery date of the other products. No answer. Ft unpleasant experience. Lack of professionalism. I will request the cancellation of the order.
After the above message I was able to get the refrigerator that suddenly came back in stock. The money on the two products that were not delivered, I managed to recover after countless requests with a delay of 10 days.
