You did not care to answer my phone and emails, you, your client, did not care, but you noticed the review on Google immediately, normally. You only answered here to try to wash your image, and nothing else! Okay, then let's continue the conversation here.
Show incredible insensitivity !!! But I guarantee you that I will answer this mockery with all possible legal means, step by step, until justice is done.
Also, related to the previous reply here, from Google reviews, you either continue to make fun of yourself, or you don't know or you most likely pretend that you don't know the laws according to which you should work in your relationship with customers.
You, the trader, still have obligations according to the law to me, the buyer, as long as the product you sold me was defective and non-compliant from the very beginning. You, not the service, had to accept for me, the client, in this case, the return or replacement of this "dead on arrival" product, without the need for so many complaints, lost time and chopped nerves!
