on 31st of 2018 I ordered a washing machine, paid with the card directly on the site. On 3 January 2019 I was informed that the product is not in stock. On 3 January 2019 in the evening, I made another order to another washing machine, also paid by the card. On January 4, I rang from 9 am to 12 pm and no one answered at their headquarters. at 13 o'clock I was at their headquarters to ask the order status. I vb with a gentleman Claudiu Morosanu who was initially nice and told me that I will get the order on 5. The resigilated product, only present two traces of hitting the left side side. There was no problem for the washing machine to be shut. On the 5th came the order, but the washing machine fitted as a book and more, waited two hours to get used to the temp in the house, it worked for 30 seconds and flooded the kitchen because somewhere under the water flowing. I called Mr. Claudiu who told me it was Saturday and that we heard at 9:00 on Monday. I also ordered another washing machine on the 5th and I paid for the first one with the card. On Monday I called and asked WHEN WHEN I LOVE THE NEW PRODUCT I CAN REDUCE THEM UNFUNCTIONALLY, given that all products are good. The answer was simple: "YOU MUST COME WITH LAUNDRY MACHINE ON A1 TO KM15 TO DEPOSIT."
I have stopped making myself nervous for a difference of 50 lei less than other sites.
WE ARE DIFFICULT AND DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
