On Sunday I ordered a refrigerator and I paid in full with the card. On Tuesday at noon I am notified by e-mail that that combine is not in stock and that I recommend another combine.
Being paid, I could not give up because the money is returned in 45 days and I urgently needed a new refrigerator, and 1500 lei do not grow in the tree. So I accepted the combination recommended by them but I clearly specified that I want it to be delivered on the same day as they informed me very late.
It wasn't until around 2:30 pm that I received a phone call informing me that it would be delivered between 4 and 10 p.m.
The boys came around 17 but I gave them 50 lei to take me to the 3rd floor.
The combination is ok. It is smaller than the one I had initially ordered but when I accepted the exchange I knew what the characteristics of the product were.
The conclusion is that it would be better not to pay with the card because the product may not be in stock and your money will be returned in 45 days.

4 stars because the product is ok, but the company receives 1 star because they do not have the updated site. After I received the e-mail in which I was informed that the product is not in stock, I entered the site and it appears that the product is in stock. So they do not update their site.
The delivery was made in Bucharest.
