As my first all inclusive with my grandchildren, I can't fault it whatsoever. An extremely enjoyable experience for us all. Thank you to everyone at Jaz Makaki Saraya for a great holiday - especially the Anamation team who we all loved!
What a magnificent holiday! 5* secure, safe resort with the most wonderful staff. Resort is beautiful and lush. Food is world class & the entertainment team add to the holiday with their enthusiasm. Highly recommend for all ages. Family friendly.
Just returned from the resort (stayed 29th oct-5th Nov). The positives first. The gardens in the resort are wonderful, love the elephant and tea pot shrubs clean around the resort and most staff polite and helpful( towels made into beautiful shapes) the waterpark was great fun things to do for both kids big and small.

The level of service is outstanding. Special thanks go to Taalat on reception where nothing was too much trouble he is much appreciated
Housekeeping was fantastic too we look forward to our daily towel animals lol
And finally the animation team were brilliant everyone had there own strengths but we want to single out one person who every day included us in activities and invited us to the many shows always available to have a chat and a laugh and that person?....... Shams if course he is a credit to the Jaz Group. Five stars guys keep it up keep smiling and we hope to see you on our next trip later in the year xxxx

Awesome stay at the hotel, without exaggeration! I don t feel like leaving) They are very clean, the whole staff is positive, they work clearly, smoothly, quickly with such a large hotel and a large number of guests. The food is not super diverse, but everything is delicious, each of us gained 5 kg)) The animation is gorgeous, the children are delighted, and the evening shows are a delight for adults. Slowly, mentally. Thanks a lot to the girl Ole at the reception, she is a real pro, appreciate such employees !! ;) 88We are mega satisfied, will definitely return to this hotel!
The best hotel in madinet makadi. We didnt want to leave. We wanted tobstay longer we spent really good time. We enjoyed the pool and the food and the entertainement and the evening shows. We really had so much fun
Came for a 1 week holiday with my daughter and husband we have had a great holiday and would definitely come back and recommend the hotel.. I think the animation team are amazing and should be very proud of their work they have made our holiday complete Alisa has always checked on us every day and always ensured our stay was superb lovely team lovely people definitely come back!! Stay was 8 days, the hotel is very well maintained and clean, the staff always very friendly and accommodating. The food was very good and everything was prepared with mineral water and washed!
Beach is too far, is the only problem there otherwise the pools are clean and food and snacks is with high quality
If is a great vacation in our jaz makadi saraya resort . The people are too friendly and you feel like its home. Service, pool and the beach is so clean and the people are not keen to help when they can.
It was just beautiful, I can only recommend it, the food was great, the quality of the room as well and the animation team also did a great job, besides you just felt comfortable, everyone was very nice, just wonderful!

A wonderful week is over. We like to come back again. The breeze made the 39 degrees bearable. Pool is always and transports are air conditioned. We felt well looked after by TUI and any situation that could displease. was immediately cleared out of the way. Thanks to the attentive team and the lovely animation team I will miss

We have been to Egypt before but this was the first time we experienced Hurghada and one of the Jaz Group Hotels at Jaz Makadi Saraya.
From the very beginning we got nothing but amazing service and from the very start when Our flight was delayed into Hurgarda and after arriving late at the hotel the staff greeted us in a very prefossional and friendly way and even had a late dinner buffet (at midnight ) prepared for the late guests.
Hotel staff to the Jaz Makadi reps on hand throughout the day were amazing and a special mention needs to be made to a few people.
Firstly our room attendant Gharib, he was the person that attended to our room each day and made sure it was nice and clean for us everyday. I have to say he was very friendly and so helpful and my three daughters always loved coming back to the room to see what he has created with the towels as he use to make a different animal each day.
Secondly I have to mention one of the Jaz Makadi reps by the name of Anya. She was always the first to come up to us while we were poolside and say hello and also took an interest in saying hello to my 3 daughters. She also took an interest in wanting to know what we had planned and how our holiday has been so far and always tried to get us involved in the
poolside games.
Lastly I need to mention the chef at the sunflower restaurant chef Mohammad.
On our first full day at the induction meeting we were greeted by the Hotels customer relations manager Lana who we explained the dietary requirements that my wife had.
Later that morning Lana arranged for my wife to meet with the chef and from then on she would see him everyday before we sat down for our lunch and dinner and he would make her a special meal each day we where there. A first for my wife ever!
Overall the staff and services at the hotel was amazing and we are already looking at booking again for next year fingers crossed.

From the gardener to the management, everyone is super friendly and tries to fulfill every wish. The animation team is great, rarely had so much fun. I've been to the Oasis next door, I just have to say Saray is better !!

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday! The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green, grows a lot of interesting plants. The road to the beach takes about 7 minutes, a pleasant stroll around such beauty around. The beach is large with a sandy sea, a little further from the beach are corals with a variety of fishes. There were always free places on the beach, there are workers who help with loungers. The food is tasty in restaurants. Most holidaymakers from Germany are all calm and civilized. Staff are friendly and diligent! Rest liked!
It is my first time here in JAZ makadi Saraya. We don't want To go back. We had a great time here. The rooms are amazing. The food is awesome and the entertainment is amazing. The weather also made our vacation. We will return back here definitely.

The entertainment team are amazing, activities all day and night. They work extremely hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. The animation show was great. We loved joining in with the dances and the Olympic show.
We also loved the water polo and aqua gym, so much fun.

We are very pleased. A very nice room. The food is varied and tasty. Lots of vegetables and fruits. Great service. Everywhere very nice, friendly and helpful people. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. Heated pool water.
There is a bus to the Aquapark every 30 minutes. Driving time 5 minutes.
I recommend the hotel to everyone with a clear conscience.

Indeed, it was one of the most beautiful vacations and one of the best places where I spent a vacation and space, especially since even moving between the three hotels is possible, normal and easy, even though our stay was in Saraya and the service in it was beautiful
