When I was in my mid-40s it was my first all-inclusive vacation, but with 2 small children I was very pleased how enjoyable such a vacation can be.
I have to give this complex a full 5 stars just because of the price-performance ratio. Of course, you can always complain about one or the other, but the bottom line is that everything worked out pretty well. Although I ate and drank almost twice as much as normal, I did not gain weight in 2 weeks. The assumption is that you eat something so that people stay "regular" .....

For my part, they are superlatives. Everything is literally everything at the highest level. A revelacious kitchen serving a lot of Egyptian cuisine. Rooms large, clean with balconies. From the beach, access to the colorful magnificent coral reef. I would recommend. Departure without risk!

Service top. All very friendly. Animation was great. We stayed 2 weeks with children and will be back next year. Food very varied, no digestive problems had.

We rest in the first half of November. Pros: most - staff, especially staff retsepshen, Shreds, waiters, cleaners. Tourists - mostly Germans, area - cozy and tidy, lots of greens, three swimming pools, 2 restaurants. Food - tasty and good. Of the minuses - the beach - common for 4 hotels Jazz (Sarah, Sarah palmz, AQUAVIVA and spa), location was not all enough, the sea stones close (on the other side Pantone) beach Tia - flat, completely pishanyy, spacious, went to him. Have a $ 5 water park subscription per person per day. There are several a la carte restaurants: grill, italian, safra. Sofra- terrible service ((nomer- liked the whole hotel rekomeduyu.

Everything was great, only the entertainers a bit annoying. Worth a visit.

The reviews are pushed by the animation team up, you should leave in their presence, the rating with 5 stars. Many tourists with whom we have spoken do not understand the high rating rate ... now we can explain it to ourselves.
The hotel is very popular with older regulars, but by no means 4.5 star level. At the beach and in the pool area you are always and constantly approached by sellers who do not want to accept a friendly NO. Food and drinks were good, in the pool area and on the beach there could be a bit more variety, there is the same every day.
All in all okay, nothing more, nothing less.

We had so much fun during our stay there in jaz Makadi Saraya. The place is far away from the city but its totally lovely. Landscape is everywhere. Food is so tasty and restaurant is always clean and people are friendly.
Animation team made our vacation great. Special thanks to amr who always took care of our needs.

This was our first time in Egypt and we liked it very much. I really want to praise everything there is to praise. Rooms were clean, food great and the staff was just great !!! We will definitely go back there

Hello everyone, we were at Jaz Makadi saraya for 10 days. The 5 star hotel has everything to offer. The service is great and the staff is very friendly and also very helpful. The rooms in the complex are very large and our room was cleaned very well every day. You walk to the beach about 5 minutes, a shame that it is not immediately at the hotel but the walk to the beach is worth it. The beach is very clean and we were very pleasantly surprised by the services there. The animation team was great, different activities every day and always new shows in the evening. We came with two small children, a 4 and a 5, who were very warmly welcomed in the sunny kids club. Every day they had a different motto: e.g. Watching fish on the beach or baking cookies .. the children didn't want to leave the kids club anymore. Amr and gelja gave our children an unforgettable time, they ask about the every day. What was on the plan every evening was the mini disco! :)

Grandiose hotel. Facilities, service, food, inclusive services are absolutely outstanding. As it is not significant that it is 400m to the beach. Through the complex of equipment you are exposed to no intrusive sellers and uses the offers you want.

I was very satisfied with staying at the hotel, we relaxed the whole family, professional services at the level, excellent food, bar, just great can only recommend it to those who want to relax with their whole family I also reserve a date for future year

It was a very nice, relaxing vacation which was much better in terms of relaxation factor than a mother-child cure!
I was there with my husband and three children. All children (1, 3 and 5 years) were busy and in a good mood. The children were warmly welcomed everywhere and the good mood of the service staff could also be found in the good mood of the other guests!
It was a super nice vacation, we have nothing to complain about. Room great. Great food, cleanliness not to be surpassed, entertainment and staff extremely nice and helpful, pool great, beach and beach bar also more than satisfactory for the kids!

All in all a very recommendable hotel and very good value for money! We will choose this place for vacation again!

This hotel is lovely, beautiful rooms, we had a Junior Suite, all staff are so friendly, great pools, good food and drinks, good entertainment for adults and children, 5 minutes walk to beach, great waterpark, free for us to use, an added bonus. We shall return and highly recommend this hotel.

Such a good hotel , we had an amazing stay and love every moment , always something to do , and entertainment was very good , shams was very kind and helped us with anything we needed , defo the best hoildsy and can t wait to go again !!

At Jaz Makadi Saraya, service is very important! The gardens are maintained throughout, the paths and by the pool are swept and someone is always available in the restaurant to clean the floor.
The hotel has 2 pools, a relaxation pool and an animation pool. There is a bar at both pools and snacks at the animation pool from 12 noon. A waiter always goes around and asks if you want something to drink. There is a lifeguard at the animation pool.
Dragging towels to the couch alone? Not here, the staff at the towel counter bring the towels to the lounger and attach them to the lounger. Are you no longer free? No problem, the friendly staff will also find a place here and will happily bring you loungers.
The same service as at the pool is also available at the beach, which is about 500 m away. Here, however, my husband's bag was taken away and a nice place is looked for.
There is also a bar on the beach with drinks from 10 a.m. and snacks from 12 p.m.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner leave nothing to be desired in the restaurant. In the morning with freshly prepared scrambled eggs and omelets, also sausage is freshly cut, so slices per person. In the evening there was always freshly prepared noodles and various things were grilled outside.
The waiters in the restaurant are also very nice, work very hard and are always ready to have fun.
The rooms are well furnished, the entire facility was perfect and not worn. Our cleaning man always cleaned the room very thoroughly. Every day we could enjoy various towel figures.

In the evening there were drinks in the various bars. Various cocktails are also included. Also here in all bars, the staff was very nice. Often there was still something to nibble on on the table.

Came on holiday with my son and wife hotel absolutely amazing best customer service a hotel could provide!! All staff so welcoming and friendly my room was very nice cleaner for room 1259 from date 8th april was super!! Food great but should be more variety for vegetarian as my wife is vegetarian.. animation very good alisa was outstanding would give her 10/10 very helpful and professional in her work!! Overall very happy with choice of hotel

Actually, I was skeptical of the Egypt holiday and honestly doubted the good reviews. Now we are back home for a week and it's clear - next year we will be back at SARAYA; but at least 12 days. We were always friendly and accommodating from the first minute. Due to a movement restriction, we had asked in advance if it would be possible to get a room on the ground floor. This request was met and we had a very nice, large and clean room at the quiet pool. The selection and the food was at any time sufficient, tasty and above all very clean. The hygiene precautions I think very worth mentioning. Especially at the food court I was pleased about the food. Only the fries and the waffles you could take a decent, everything else was served. We did not visit any additional restaurant and did not have a snack in between - we actually limited ourselves to three meals. At noon we also only the limited offer on the beach used and were Pappsatt. On the day of departure we ate lunch in the restaurant and were flashed about the selection and about the onslaught of the guests. Unbelievable what is eaten so :). We did not participate in any animation, since we went directly to the beach in the morning. The sea, the fish and the beach were just fantastic for us. In the afternoon we always walked on the beach "promenade" to the club 159. Again, we were greeted by all staff of other hotels always friendly. One has seen on our ribbon that we did not belong to the plant and after two days we were already asked how we are. We also had a little bit of concern about whether the entry with the ID card works smoothly. Everything very uncomplicated. After we had our bags, we have an ORANGE mobile phone card at the airport (took a total of 5 minutes) and we had an 8 GB card for e 8.50 and have given each other HOTSPOT. We did not have a cell phone problem at any time. So for us it is clear - WE COME AGAIN.

I am happy with my patronage. This is the highest level of service. I have a lot of possibilities from rooms to food to everything that exists. I am very impressed with their interest to help them to serve us.

Nice hotel area. The rooms are clean. Super nice and courteous service. Food was great with a large selection. Beach area is clean and in the bay there are several reefs with beautiful corals and a variety of fish to see. A boat tour is not necessary.

Although the Jaz Makadi is second row, but the beach runs through beautiful gardens and is about 5 minutes on the spotless beach. All staff are very friendly and we always come back.

This is the best vacation ever!!! The hotel and the the personnel serve you really good. The rooms the pool the Red Sea is wonderful not to mention the weather this time of year. Nice 26-28 dg at day time and no strong winds.

The service is top notch.
The food at the pool was amazing, pizza, burgers, Sharwama, crepes, waffles, ice cream and a bar. It's not far to the beautiful beach and in the evening you can switch off and sit in the wonderful inner courtyard .... wow
The complex has felt like 80 small shops, the prices are not more expensive than in the city.
We'll be back, you actually deserve 5 stars

A gigantic hotel complex in which one can escape the Egyptian everyday life. The food is okay, but I can recommend the freshly prepared food outside the Al Nakhil restaurant. For my visit in February, only this was open. The offer for children is ok, a half-day care would be ideal.

It s really nice clean luxurious . The beach is breathtaking. I will never forget these holidays. I hardly recommend. It s for family or couples every one will enjoy it.
