The hotel is outstanding and the stuff is very helpful and generous and the animation team is always active and comes out with really creative activities also there's different varieties of food and the rooms are big and luxury it's my first time here.

I'm still here. The promised service fits, the entire staff is friendly, polite and endeavored as guests. The room with balcony, as well as the pool area are clean and you feel just fine. Very large selection of food and drinks and here everything fits. I will enjoy the rest of the time.

When to Egypt, to this hotel , nice park, clean everywhere, free wifi in the whole area, nice and helpful staff, excellent food .... different kitchen every evening, what to choose from, the disadvantage is that the hotel only it is not right on the beach and you need to walk about 500 m after the beautiful park .... we included free entry all the time to the Makada Watter World - the water park, which especially appreciated my demanding son.

I have been to this hotel three times now in the past ten years and it is still one of the best in the world i think if you want a bit of privacy and need to relax and unwind.

This time we were actually travelling with a 9 month old baby and so were not sure if it would be as relaxing. However it was just as good.

The rooms with a private pool are ideal so you can go t your own pace, and the food is excellent with a very accommodating chef who can knock up a meal for the baby at short notice.The chef does some very good Indian food that is only comparable in my mind to the best food i have eaten in India, i got him to give me one of his recipes after the holiday which he sent to me with very detailed instructions.

The staff here are very good and tend to go that little bit further for you without being too in your face. Again probably to do with the Indian ownership.

After extensive travelling i always think Indian, Shri-Lankan and Maldivians make the best hosts in holiday hotels.

The weather of course in this part of the world is always good and being near the sea there is usually a nice breeze so its not overly hot

Overall a great experience and i think up there with the best.

As always, the stay is great, even the seventh time everything is perfect. The food is very good, all the people are very friendly and hard-working. The animation is very good :) It goes on, every year again!

Fantastic place to come with your family. The staff are friendly but be prepared to be hounded for tips.
The animation team are pretty fun. The pools are great and cold but you need it to be cold as the day time temparutes reach 40 degrees. You can get a free bus to the water park down the road which was fun. Be warned of the pheros rath ! Got a bad belly on this holiday. I don't know of it was the food or the water from brushing my teeth. Who knows.
Still a great place to spend your summer holiday.

The hotel can be further recommended. The service, the food is really good. Cocktail is available in the evening in the bar at the front desk (free for All Inclusive travelers) Children's entertainment and entertainment for adults is advertised on notice boards. To the sea it is about 5 minutes walk through the hotel area, which is also crossed with small shops.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Jaz Makadi Saraya Resort and the service was usually very courteous. For a varied program was always worried. The food was also very delicious. Everything was very hygienic and the hotel was also very close to the beach. All in all a very nice holiday and highly recommended.

I can only recommend the hotel. The food is great and the staff incredibly friendly. The evening shows and the amateurs are just awesome.

Super hotel nestled in Madinat Makadi. We had a suite with partial pool view. Very large selection of the buffets from fish to meat and seafood. Recommended without restrictions

Got a stroke of stomach ailment but the TUI staff, the doctor and the hotel staff were very helpful, quickly got back on their feet. Can really be recommended for families with children and those who want peace and quiet! Nothing for the adventurous who want to discover the country on their own!

Here for one week holiday with my mum auntie cousin and her baby!! Hotels been brilliant brilliant extremely friendly entertainment team definitely come back in the future! Fabulous activitie programme suiting all people kids and adults animators cannot do enough to help you definitely recommend and be seeing us all again in future! The hotel Makadi Saraya Resort was very clean, the near location to the sandy beach of Makadi bay was top there are no 500m to the beach.

The animation team was very nice some languages are represented e.g. German, English, Russian etc ....

The food was really good with a daily changing menu for dinner.

Resort is a place of its own, with many hotels and swimming pools framed by palm trees and flowers, and lots of shops. Just google it. Most notable are the people working here. They are hardworking, polite and very attentive and above all very honest. Had lost my purse with money. I was called late in the evening, the wallet was found. I had not even noticed the loss. On the basis of my card with room number and name I was located.

Great entertainment, as well as the hotel itself. The rooms are clean, the people here are all nice. I would come again and again.

This hotel is amazing, the food is lovely and fresh, the staff are like family to me. This is my third time here and me and my family will definitely be coming back again. The Al Acarte restaurants are fantastic, you have lots of choice, the staff are friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is also lovely in there too. The hotel has a number of pools including a quiet pool so If you don't want to be disturbed in the daytime you can chill around there.
You also get free access to the waterpark which is great fun and a good day out if you have kids.

I recommend anyone to come to this hotel.

The road takes more time. But the hotel is worth it! Pleasant and easy atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious cuisine. The room got new and fresh though on the first floor but clean, comfortably comfortable. The technique has been updated.
