We spent our vacation in December 2017 in Saraya. The beach is 5 minutes away from the hotel, the hotel is always clean and the service is always good. The rooms are really big but it is a bit old. The hotel in general is really good

It's one of the most organized and systemic hotel in the tourism's industry I've ever seen in my life. The staff and the animation team are one of a memorable amazing life memory I've experienced.

We had a good time here, we spent 10 days here. The beauties are nice, the coffees are fine, clean and orderly, with a beautiful garden. The beach is also beautiful, ideal for beaching, coming back.

It was very good , the staff were very funny and friendly. The restaurants are very good. The room was very clean and comfortable. The animation team was incredible. I especially liked Snoopy because he was really funny.

The hotel is a dream! The rooms are large and clean, the staff are very, very friendly and do the work very fast, in the restaurant there is a large selection of food and drinks and in the entertainment area, the entertainment team does a great job. From dart to limbo everything is there. The evening shows are creatively designed and entertaining every time. In summary one can say that in the Saraya there is nothing to complain about and it was a great holiday every year!

Great property with great facilities and great staff, wonderful entertainers.. food is very delicious and variety is amazing. I came with 2 of my girlfriends and next time i will come with my family members, hope we will find availability next time we come this summer.

Overall very impressed with the holiday. Hotel was fantastic and everything I was looking for. Food has been excellent. Animation team have been very entertaining and engaging. The royal cruise trip was amazing, a wonderful day spent snorkelling and sailing on the sea. The second trip was to go quad biking this was enjoyable although a little tiring. Overall I would recommend this holiday. The Jaz Makadi Saraya is an excellent place to stay.

The hotel team is friendly and attentive. The hotel area is clean and well kept, as are the rooms. The animation team spreads good mood is always friendly.

Fantastic hotel. staff are amazing and made our holiday ..pop along to the quiet pool and relax while Mahmoud will see to your pool needs ...sorting your towels cleaning your sun glasses and keeping you safe around the pool .pop to the bar and Monty will serve you with cocktails, beer, soft drinks and his delightful coffees all served with a smile and not forgetting Islam who also serves in the bar...

I made this journey with Anex Tours. I've been passionate about this place since day one and I'm here the penultimate day, so every day has gotten better. All staff from the hotel manager to the gardener is friendly and greet every day with a "good morning" or a "good morning". Partially speaking, some of the bartenders speak 3 or 4 languages. At check-in, all guests are made familiar with the hotel and the facility. The suitcases are brought up to the hotel room and picked up again. The hotel rooms have different equipment. We have All Inclusive Superior and the room is very bright and comfortable, with a TV which was at and four languages (Arabic, German, Russian, English). The bathrooms are modern and equipped with a large shower. Finally, all rooms have an open balcony. The entire hotel area is durchdesigned and planted with palm trees, greenery and flowers. Every evening employees clean the area so that the next day the stay is pleasant and can be relaxed. I am pleasantly surprised. The buffets which every morning and evening newly prepared look very good and have optically, star quality. Unfortunately, it does not taste like it looks like with salt, herbs and spices is saved. But there is something for everyone and everyone can own salt and pepper. The dessert is here every day, worth trying. We tried one of the 4 a la carte restaurants, the "Sofrasi" which is one of the best restaurants I have visited so far, also in Germany. Add to that the sitting at the entrance of the restaurant and two hours before opening the breads which are served to the appetizers, in the stone oven bakes. The lobby bar is one of three bars on the premises where drinks are served. In the lobby even open 24 hours and to 2 hours even a soup is to order. In the other two pool bars there are snacks from sunrise to sunset. Twice a week the lobby calls in person in the rooms and informs you if you are satisfied (it's me). Some of the employees even want to be addressed in German so they can learn it faster. I could still swear forever, but convince yourself. I'LL BE BACK. I give the hotel and all staff, seven out of five stars. RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE !!!!

Wonderfully vacation in our second home, the rooms the food is perfect. We had a great vacation. The entertainment is more than perfect. The beach is totally clean and quite.

Hi I am Lili, the reason I loved the hotel is because the entertainment team are lots of fun and always full of energy. The thing I ve enjoyed the most is the foam party also the food in all the restaurants are amazing they are so delicious.They has a variety of choices of foods for many ages. My room was very big and very cool which helped a lot. The best members of staff are Yousef and Bubbles as they encouraged us to join in all the activities and shows they were also very friendly and energetic.

First impressions the hotel looked lovely the reception staff was amazing when we first arrived. The room was a brilliant size for the 4 of us and the cleaners friendly. weather was brilliant. Pool was great. Animation team are awesome. Company was great. Can't wait to come back.

Great hotel. We are here for the second time and will definitely come again. The food is good, the rooms clean and the staff very friendly and fond of children. The animation is great too and we had a lot of fun.

I think this hotel was really good and simply the best in Hurghada and Makadi Bay, it was not only the Tui staff who did well but especially those who work and keep up all the activities and of course the Bubbles and Samuraj favorites, also the kitchen staff was really nice and nice. The rooms themselves were pretty good but the room service was really good! I liked that there were always 2 restaurants to choose from and all the carte restaurants to try. The bar had good selection even non-alcoholic. The pool and beach were the best I have seen in the hotels I have been to, a big plus was the snorkelling in the sea when you could see many fine fish and corals. I might come here some more time but I will definitely recommend it to anyone else. I have had a really good holiday here even though it was only a week so they were a really good week!

The first thing I would like to mention is the staff are very friendly and the service is 24/7. The place is more for family and so quite and perfect for relaxing. The place need more action during the day.

Very quiet and cozy hotel with superb service. All the staff were professional and did everything for us with a smile on their face.
Too bad that several tourists opt out of Egypt which is a wonderful destination in the winter.
Saraya is proof of how nice it can be to have a week in February when there is sleet and snow in Sweden.

Wonderful friendly and sunny staff. Tasty food. A short distance to the beach where you can swim with tropical fish. I recommend wearing an all inclusive bracelet. Oh, well, all hotel guests have free access to the large water park on the other side of the area with 50 slides. There are also free drinks and snacks.

First time in Makadi Saraya and definitely not the last time! The food room everything was good 10/10. Antimation teams are wonderful and very nice they really do everything for their customers. Will come back again!

We are now for the 2nd time in Saraya, as we enjoyed it very much last year. The animation team is great as well as the staff in the restaurant. Always friendly and accommodating. The kids are always excited. This was not the last time we stayed at the Saraya

If you want to travel as a family, couple or single, this is the right place for you. You will be offered an unforgettable dream vacation. Whether snorkeling (on your own house reef) or other activities, nothing is neglected. We were there for the 5th time and will definitely book our next trip there. It feels like a 2nd home. No matter what "little worries" you have (such as one evening there was something very tasty to eat (beef teriyaki) and I praised it very much, got it to eat every day from there) or "big worries" (such as room has wrong location) everything is immediately made possible that something changes! The guest relations team Nadin and Mister Mahmoud (reception) always have an open ear! I can really recommend these two people if you have any problems, they do their job with a lot of love, patience and attention. I can also recommend the Chez Fritz Bar if you want to spend a quiet evening (without entertainment, etc.). The barman Emad is really 100% attentive and also does his job with great love and above all quickly. You can enjoy the best service there. In addition to Mohamed and Maged (who are also very attentive and do the job 100% and also fulfill every request), there are also a lot of great service staff in the Sunflower Restaurant. The cabaret bar (activity pool) also has great service, thanks to Mohamed and Ahmed! You are in good hands with both of them and they do everything to ensure that nothing is missing. In our last vacation (January) we had the room boy named Gharib, super dear person and really does his job 100%. From the animation I can really recommend Julia and Shams, Julia loves the kids club and the kids love them! Shams has a lot of fun with animation and can animate people a lot. As you can see, I could go on listing positive people for hours, but that would be way too many. I just wanted to name a few of the names that you should definitely remember. Because everyone will do their job 100% in their own way in the hotel and that with a lot of friends and love. Find out for yourself, it really is a great hotel and you will have your dream vacation there.

I love the hotel. The cleaners are great and keep the rooms very clean. You get clean beach towels supplied every day. The food is standard for an all inclusive. The alcoholic drinks also very standard. There is a quiet pool which is great if you don t want the music or entertainment. But we love the big busy pool. The animation team are amazing and do a fab job both for adults and kids alike in the kids club yousseff is our favourite by far. He made us all feel very relaxed and welcome. Would recommend to couples family s and groups alike.

We stayed here for 14 days now and it was a wonderful holiday. The area and the room are very neat and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. You are supplied with drinks both at the pool and on the beach! The food was good too. It's also clear that it repeats itself in 14 days, but the quality was fine.
