Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, always courteous and helpful. Family room was very big and was cleaned daily. The beach was friendly. The food was very rich and very tasty unfortunately it is repeated again and again. There are several more Ala Card restaurants available which can be reserved on a computer that unfortunately we did not succeed until a conversation with the nice lady of the guest service was the remedy for us Reserved. I can only recommend this hotel.

All is well. It's a long way to go to the sea. And towels would be better on the beach, too.

Very nice area, delicious food but a few minutes to the beach!

The stay in the hotel, was very pleasant because the pool always good music was played and the entertainment was never boring. I really liked the foam party and the water aerobics. The food was also very varied. And most of all, you have to praise the staff who were always there when you needed them and Bubbles never got boring at the poolside.

The rooms as well as the area were always clean. The staff was friendly and the service at the pool was very attentive. Unfortunately, there was little seafood to eat

Top resort, great water park (5 min by minibus) enough sunbeds no long queues at slides, food on resort is the best we have had in all inclusive area..much variety and always served hot / hot..bar in lobby is 24 open hours !! All in is really all in ... from cocktails to beer no time or surcharge limit..the royal famkamer is also really generous..wow what a space, clean and equipped with a huge balcony..the beach 300 meters is in the makadi bay and has its own diving reef ... beautiful snorkeling spot with all exotic fish ... this resort but actually all the resorts in the makadi bay are in a great location and are equipped with so much luxury that you respectfully respect the costas Italy and France do not see the same amount ... the people do everything to keep you entertained and help..hormally hospitable ..we will definitely come back

If there is anything to complain about here, then only the somewhat poor WiFi reception. Otherwise it was a wonderful vacation. We, that is a family with two children aged five and seven, really enjoyed it. At the beginning one is very skeptical towards the staff, which is probably due to the experiences from Germany. But after a short time you notice how warm the whole staff is. This hotel is very suitable for families without it being extremely noisy. This hotel is ideal for families with children without it being extremely noisy. The size of the hotel or the complex is ideal to have a lot of variety upstairs and yet small enough to look very familiar. The facility is big enough to be busy for 10-14 days without losing the familiar flair.
We were definitely not here for the last time.
The water park can be reached with the shuttle bus in 10 minutes and the sea in 7 minutes on foot.
No stomach problems and the food is mega. A huge selection and therefore something for everyone.
I can only recommend it. Then I'll go back to the pool

The hotel room I am staying in is very good and I like the pools and the activities they do. Also how they do a night for kids . Polo animation is very good

This is our second trip here. TRULY AMAZING HOTEL. Animation team are brilliant. Fred is entertaining always making guest feeling comfortable and welcome. Nour as well is also an amazing entertainer. We were there in March. But now come to rate, because I often think back to the time. My girlfriend and I were very satisfied. We got a bigger room than booked and were friendly received. Every single employee there, does his best and was always friendly. The restaurant never had anything to complain about. Mindful and friendly we were treated at all times. Rooms were always clean and the complex is just fantastic. We would book with you anytime again. Thank you for the great time.

The week in jaz makadi saraya was so beautiful, we will book again next year !! The food was delicious, the staff really helpful and open, the animation was really fun! Our room was bigger than expected and really nicely decorated. The plant well maintained and surprisingly very well overgrown with various beautiful plants

It was a great holiday deffo recommended to go people are so nice and friend it was my first time and sith my family it was out of this world what a lovely place rate it 10 out of 10 food was great

A for Egyptian standards very reasonable hotel. Room simple, but ok. Room cleaning was also good.

Very positive was:

- small bottles of water at any time of the day
- Coffee for Egyptian standards at the main bar very good
- food was varied and delicious
- well-kept garden
- The toilets on the beach were clean beyond the normal level
- always free beach chairs and umbrellas

Otherwise, most of the staff expect tipping for service and friendliness. I have never met anyone else in Egypt so far and have been fine with us.

Had a great stay with my girlfriend and her family. Great hotel with friendly staff who greet you morning and night. Entertainment staff where superb and included everybody in their activities, they were full of energy and consistent in their effort to ensure we had a good holiday, would definitely return!

This is now my 3rd visit to egypt and now my second to this hotel.
On both visits I have found all the staff polite, curtious and exceptionally helpful.
The food is varied and caters for all tastes and if you have a specific dietary need the chefs will always try to

If you want either a relaxing or a active holiday this is the place I would recommend. Relaxing evenings or fun filled days, it's all here.

We really enjoyed our time in Egypt at the Jaz Makadi Saraya hotel. The staff were excellent and could not do enough for us, the entertainment team were great and made you feel so welcome. There was lots to do including the boat trip, the desert trip, Hurghada highlights trip, the aqua park and beach and pool days. Amazing experience.

Came for holiday with family and friends..never been Hurghada before but very very pleased with the outcome of the holiday hotel and staff have been top quality!! Very nice hotel with very friendly staff which is always accommodating. The family room was very large and was cleaned daily. Even on the beach you were served by the friendly superiors. The food was very rich and delicious. I can only recommend this hotel.

Just finished my holiday and the staff were friendly and inviting and the hotel itself was clean. The resort is very accommodating especially for young families and the entire resort is family-friendly. Also would reccomend getting your currency converted here rather than in the UK we got a much better rate as a result.

However the bad points were the difficulty in booking the a la carte restaurants so i reccomend waking up early and booking them to make sure you get a restaurant. In addition to this vegetarian options are very limited at times at the main buffett.
