Very friendly staff great food and excellent entertainment team

3rd time here very good weather, we loved it here and we will come back in the next summer for sure.
Everything is fine and safe. And the people are too friendly in saraya.
I don t want to forget anyone but people were amazing we really loved it.

Went in late July early August ,complex clean and friendly , plenty of pools to suit all ,no trouble getting sunbeds, food for a all-inclusive good , drinks also good no queuing.beach very good for snorkeling all-inclusive also on beach snack food fills the gap . aqua park very good loads of fun for all ages all-inclusive good ,no waiting for rings or mats for various slides.over all would I go again you bet I would , unfortunately tour operators want to charge the earth . were to next who no's?

This is our second stay at this hotel in just 8 weeks!! Animation programme has changed to include more varied activities. Enjoyed the pool party on Tuesday aimed at both children and adults. The dance show was fantastic, extremely well choreographed by youssef. Shams is a true shining star! Bubbles has the best Hair. Omar and Taz manage the team well. The cabaret bar staff are fantastic and very attentive (Haney, Michael, Fares, Papa Ahmed). Cannot wait for our return visit. Much love the three English queens x

My holiday was enormous i loved all hotel activities and location as well as entertainment team are very good at their job and very friendly .. had very nice cocktails enjoyed drinks in all bars cabaret ganzabil .. great people will come back again

We spent a week at the Jaz Makadi as a family with 4 children aged between 6 and 14.
The suite we had was perfect for all of us, just a few metres from the pool
Food was great, huge variety and nothing was too much trouble for the restaurant staff... we are now professionals at napkin art!!...big thanks to the chap serving pancakes, crepes and waffles, our children ate loads!!
Drinks again were good with mock tails for the kids too.
The animation team made a great effort to chat and get everyone involved big thanks to bubbles,Adam and the rest of the crew ...the street festival was brilliant.
Our boys enjoyed pool at the Chez Fritz bar , the man in there was fantastic we very much enjoyed our time spent in there only wished we had found it sooner.
Highly recommended, thanks for a great holiday!!!

Outstanding experience in this fanatic resort jaz makadi saraya resort.
Reception is not so big. But rooms are really big and fanacy. Accoeding go our expectations its more than perfect hotel for value for money. Amr made our vacation amazing

Very nice hotel area, food is also very good, tasty and always fresh.
There is a lot of entertainment at the pool and great service (Y)
Beach area is about a 5 minute walk away but the walk through another beautiful hotel area is bearable

It was a super nice holiday and we have recovered very well! The area is very well maintained. The food is delicious and there is always something for everyone. The animation team is great and the animation is great.

The hotel in general is a good one . All the people and the staff here are too friendly, the place is really quite and nice. The food is pretty good and tasty and we would like to visit it again.

Everything about this hotel was excellent. Spotlessly clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Food was great. Animation team was exceptionally good. Big shout out to Adam, Youssef, Bubbles, Snoopy and Bea, Shams, Anya, Sanaa, Taz, Omar and all of the team for making our holiday very enjoyable. Thank you Jaz Makadi Sarayah you have a fab team.

It was a very nice holiday with a varied program. The food was very delicious and varied. You also had many recreational activities such as diving or various dance, cooking or sports courses. Everything was very clean and the hygiene was perfect. The beach was only about 500 meters.
Generally it was a very nice holiday. Can only be recommended.

I love the friendly people here and the staff is very nice. The activities at the pool were well organized and very exciting for small and big.

The most beautiful holiday! A clean hotel with lots of greenery and well-kept swimming pools. Here the food is delicious and the staff friendly and smiling. The beach is close and very clean. We have many pictures with this little paradise and we always look at them with great love. we come back .

Very nice and friendly you can relax and unwind very much. The food was very good and varied. The only bad thing was that the water in the bathroom was not very warm

Just returned from yet another 2 week stay at this hotel. All staff are amazing & do all they can to ensure you have a great holiday. The rooms are quite and spacious and clean. Food is varied and of good quality. Every member of staff is exceptional so do not want to miss anyone out. I will however mention all the animation team as they do a great job of speaking to everyone & getting you involved without being too pushy. They work extremely hard and put on great shows & are about too when there is other entertainment on. Thanks to Omar, Taz, Bubbles Sham, Snoopy Samurai, Yulia, Lisa, Original, Tato & Julia. Staff were excellent , the animation team were very friendly and willing to help whenever needed , the food was great and overall the site was amazing

Very good food the hotel complex is great with hood facilities all around. The free entry to the water park is great. The animation team is outstanding, i will miss them all i have mainly spoke to original, bubbles and samurai they have made me and my family feel very welcome with constant smiles and excitement. The hotel resort is constantly kept clean which is great.

Very large and beautiful complex, offers something for everyone.
Staff and employees in the hotel were super friendly and very accommodating. For the most part also German-speaking staff which made communication very easy.
There are several different restaurants and two main restaurants so that although the area or the hotel is almost fully booked there is space for everyone and it is not overcrowded.

Everything great! Goods with 2 children 4 years and 10 months. Our kids really enjoyed it. Of all the kids club and extra thanks for Julia and Gelja from our daughter. Food was also very good. Come again.

one of our best vacations in egypt and hurghada, a great rooms and great entertainment team, people are too friendly and the food is more than tasty and cant be better.
we would return here back next year in summer again

Food was absolutly amazing. Very clean. Rooms beautiful so much space. Lovely architecture and beautiful gardens. Animation fantastic. We enjoyed the shows.

I am the 4 times here in the hotel think it is great and every new year here the animation is also very good and they are all very nice and you can have a lot of fun with the animatoren. The shisha bar is nice too it offers a lot of entertainment

Nice people, good food, cool events so you never get bored, nice warm pool, funny and cool animation team, cool towel origamis on the bed, could be more ice cream flavors, big variety of drinks. I will definitely come again

Amazing hotel. We loved our stay so much there. A great value for money. Food is amazing and the rooms are big and clean we loved also the entertainment there so much and we will return back for sure next year

Was a very nice stay, drinks were great, the entertainment was very good, the staff is very attentive and very nice with regard to children.
The offer of water polo, botscha is very good and that is managed by polo and various other employees ... very pleasant can only be recommended

Great Weather, Service, Hotel.
Everything is clean, room, environment, garden etc. Great service all the time. A lot of activities are directly possible in the Menidat Makadi area, Aqua Park, Wellness, Snorkeling at house riff. It was a great vacation.

For more than 4 years not been in the area. Easy travel, visa at the airport costs between $ 25 and $ 32 at the tour guide per person. Hotel: Room ok (all getting old, but clean and functional), delicious and varied food (no diarrhea nothing), very nice service no matter if towels, slide park, restaurant or bar, very clean and tidy grounds!

The best animation team ever! Omar - your team are a true credit to you. Your wingman Taz - boy can he move Bubbles has the most fantastic hair. Snoopy is so laid back and easy going. Youssef your dancing skills are out of this world but remember - no sexy dancing in Little Buddha and last but not least the main man and ultimate superstar of the team - Shams my little ray of sunshine! You are the most kind hearted beautiful soul. Never let anyone dull your sparkle. I would return to this hotel in a heartbeat just to see these guys again

A great hotel. We had our family there for one week there. We already got the best treatment. And people there are so friendly and everyone is not keen to help. We are so happy to be there and we would like to try it again one more time next summer

Jaz makadi saraya is one of the best hotels i have seen they have good staff with the best service and also they have souk makadi which you can find any thing you want to buy as souvenir , also they have a beauty salon very good , also you can find sheisha corner , Italian restaurant, sofra restaurant which serves Oriental food , Asian restaurant Mukai tukai , with food court on the swimming pool, there is alot to say about jaz makadi saraya but you can visit and find out by your self, jaz makadi saraya have the best team work

We were in Egypt for the first time and we thought it was fabulous. The hotel was very nice, the rooms as well. The food was delicious and there was something for everyone. The pool and everything else of course, was super clean. The beach is really nice, we'll be back!

I was very happy with the animation and the activities and would come back anytime. I also really liked the food and the staff were very nice, helpful and always friendly.

The Internet is so bad and really sucks. You can't be in your hotel room because the Internet won't reach.

I came here for two weeks and I like it very much. The hotel staff is very nice and competent. Animators are interested in our free time. I would recommend.

We're here for the eighth time. There is everything and close to wonderful baths and tranquility when you have a holiday. Great food and very friendly staff

A resort that has everything you can think of daytime entertainment, 3 lovely swimming pools with aqua sports, a kids area for daily activities, a spa, a gym and two main restaurants that serve a great variety of food that meets all tastes

A very nice resort.
Highly recommended for families and couples. There is a lot to offer what makes the holiday more beautiful. The cleanliness is not perfect but very well maintained throughout. The buffet has a wide selection of oriental dishes, but also something for the European palate and children are not too short.

Our stay was perfect by all means. Staff hospitality and friendliness tops anything else. They serve delicious food and the animation team is so cool!

Warning Tourist fleecing MONOPOLY here, they wont let your own excursions, or other pre-booked Taxis or transfers through security, they want you to use their own in house and ridiculously overpriced transport and service, disgusting and anti-competitive, no warning on bookings or from Tui about this, tourist scam!!!!

Fantastic Hotel and Staff. Food of all types available so nobody will go hungry.
The quality was very good. In the main restaurant had some Chinese dishes that was some of thd best in the last couple of years. The have multiple al acarte restaurants only tried ths Italian. But from the comments the Asian and Curry dishes are superb. Choice of one acarte per week for free.

What can I say!! Absolutely amazing service from the management- Tallat is a fantastic manager - nothing is too much trouble! Our house keeper Hamdy kept our rooms spotless.... the animation team ..... the best that has been in the 3 times we have stayed at Saraya..... I d like to give a special mention to Shams- what a lovely young gentleman he is - he is amazing and a credit to the team - we hope when we come again that he is still with the animation team XX

I like your staff, very nice. One in particular Sana. She is very friendly and beautiful and she is from the country that i live in so i could speak with her in my native language . Also pretty good food
