Mr. Pierre-Luc Deslauriers knows his product very well and offers an excellent service: He takes the time to answer all the questions, he is patient, courteous and has a sense of humor. He knows how to adapt to his customers, he quickly returns his calls and seems to really give importance to the satisfaction of his customers. He knew how to win my trust!

I bought my first vehicle here, at the beginning I was skeptical about the after sales service, because many dealers do not have good comments on social networks. By coming here I was immediately greeted in good shape and everything was not perfect my I am sure that my file gave them a hard time and despite his it we managed to make me happy I recently they need the saying "after sales service" and it was very fast in less than a week I had my evaluation and the Repair of my vehicle without addiction and I am very satisfied I recommend it to everyone !!!

On top of this I was told that this is not the place where I can talk.... and that I don't have any right there.... This guy didn't even present himself... Amazing!

Best Car I ever owned. I happen to fly for a living and find my car more reliable and dependable. I ve owned this Tucson since new 2016. Every service visit is cordial and very professional. Paul service agent is on the ball and caters to my every needs.I m about to change my Tucson for either a 2020 or 21. The warranty is very useful and should have it with you as a safety net, although I never had to use it, not even once!!!! The sales person that I truly trust at Anjou is Pierre Luc, I had bought two vehicles in 2016 for my wife and I. Needless to say she got the top-of-the-line model Tucson.

Following my complaint about the purchase of my hyundai accent 2017 gls with only 20km so new .... with a burn on my left rear bumper, graffiti on my left rear panel, window molding graffiti, mirror plaster burn because wax ... suspension badly grease, so I spend it on the grant ... it's been 2 weeks that I wait after my vehicle to be told who has a bump on my driver door, .. he had none when I arrive, so they do the repair, following after it's two long weeks I go to the conssaisionaire, to get my car, and here is another bump on my panel and smoke on my door and in my windows, wow it is or the quality of work? Work poorly done 0 proffesionel, I pers 2 hours of work to return as a courtesy since my vehicle is still working, and in addition that it is ready to give new vehicle while working graffiti to their client because I was clearly told, "ben sir it's as you want, if it's not bothering you to leave with your vehicle like it's otherwise we will do it again "AHHH WHAT? So see, I give a groooooss 0 to conssaisionaire, in addition that I have no compensation for their pars, frankly 0 proffesionel ... I recommend it to anyone, he takes their client like fools, thinking that I will have never seen the bump, HEY the gang I'm a body repairer for auto fix, stop trying to pass quickly to your customers ..

Beware of this dealer, he makes a lot of profits on his after sales service. My wife went there to make one of her oil changes at 30,000km and came out with an invoice of $ 1800. A car that is not even 2 years old. The technical adviser saw that she was a mother and made several recommendations based on the fear and safety of her vehicle, telling her that her rear brakes must be changed and her front brakes cleaned as well as several oils like steering and transmission to change. The battery was also changed and several filters that were not due according to the car manual. In any case, the technical adviser had to make a nice commission with the bill of $ 1800. There may be some rooms to change for a few hundred $$$ but not $ 1800. Having a little time on my hands I would have dragged them in class or contacted JE, but unfortunately I had other priorities during this time. I advise you to go elsewhere and especially to bring someone who knows the mechanics if you visit this dealer. I should have gone instead of my wife but I decided to trust the Hyundai dealership. And the most important thing is to remember that those who welcome you ... the technical advisers are only commissioned salesmen. Thank you good night.

Ask for MARC SHANON if you want a great used car from Hyundai Gabriel in Anjou. He is polite, kind, human, sincere, without pressure and searches for what you want and will give you a good price. And with their help to insure my 2016 vehicle I was found an insurer who charges me half of what I paid for the same benefits and the same car but from 2013. And my husband pays him less than half with our new insurer. Thanks for your help. Hats off to the whole team for your efforts.

It's too bad there isn't a no-star option because I wouldn't give Hyundai Gabriel any stars at all. WORST EXPERIENCE I've EVER HAD purchasing anything. Hyundai Gabriel sold us a car stating it was Certified Pre-Owned. We were shown the car fax report, told we would be given the extended warranty, first free oil change etc and signed all corresponding paperwork. After driving the car for less than a week there were problems with the tires. In that time we had moved and so we took our car to a different dealership to have them see what was wrong. They told us the back tires were completely bald, BELOW the wear-bar, and the front two tires were below the legal limit. Naturally, as our car was under warranty we called Hyundai Gabriel to have the situation rectified, only to be HUNG UP ON. When the new dealership called to have the CPO paperwork faxed over so that they could try and help us they were told by the director of sales and manager of service that the paperwork we had signed did not exist. So then instead of continuing to talk to the director of sales and service manager we called the person we had signed the CPO paperwork with directly. She had not been made aware of the situation and told us she would "have no problem faxing us the paperwork". Keep in mind this is the paperwork the director of sales had told our new dealership "did not exist". A few minutes later we received a call back from the woman who we signed the papers with saying the director of sales had our file and she "could not talk to us anymore." When I asked her what she meant she said "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I can't afford to lose my job, I have to go, there is a customer" and then hung up. SO basically, as soon as we had a problem with our Certified Pre-Owned car and Hyundai Gabriel needed to pay up they disposed of and refused us access to the paperwork we had signed. We in the meantime called Hyundai Canada, who has opened an investigation into their business practices.

Since that time (we have owned the car for 1 month) the engine light has come on twice. Our new dealership has said we were sold a bad car by an even worse dealer. BUYER BEWARE HYUNDAI GABRIEL IS AWFUL!!!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

My husband and I have both Hyundai cars. I switched from Toyota after being a loyal Toyota car owner for over 15 years. So far, the service has been great despite the Covid measures and waiting times. I feel safe and welcomed. I own a Kona and love it so far.

I just wish there were more desks to work while waiting for service. Some selfish costumers use the only desk available to us to put their purse and coat while the ones in need of it struggle to keep our computers on our laps and juggle with writing notes on a tiny chair. Maybe a small business center? It would be neat! Also to avoid the noise of the TV and the costumers who listen to videos aloud without wearing earbuds.

So, I thank the entire team for the excellent service I received from this dealer. They knew how to meet my needs, and this, carefully. I was suspicious because it was my first car purchase. At the time of the contract, I took all my time to be sure I understood what I was getting into. They answered all my questions and even revised the contract when I noticed a few inconsistencies. (I actually read my contract word by word and I recommend that you do it ANYTIME before signing and asking questions. ) We analyzed everything together and everything was put back in order. The only thing I would give a 3.5. this is the insurance part. Obviously, they want to convince you to take it. Personally. I was fine with my choice not to insure my car with the dealer and the insured with my insurance company. In short, everyone has their needs. Therefore. it would be up to you to see for this point. All in all, I will recommend this place.
