Wow, I have no words to write about the great customer service I have received !!! I had left bad comments because I had problem after problem. Finally my case was taken care of by Nathalie Verville who offered me the best possible service, she listened to me, demonstrated great empathy and was able to brilliantly solve my problems. I am light-hearted and for the first time in a few weeks I have hopes that my cars will be a pleasure and not a curse.

The salesman Jacques is the best guy to serve you there , he s the only person that cares so if you want to meet the best salesman he s your man! So I rated 1 star because the mechanics r lost and do not know what their doing and the manager over there is so rude ! To purchase a vehicle is a great place but avoid the mechanics service they re lost!

Qu have come to tell me not to complain on the site of Hyundai Gabriel Anjou because my salesman closes and asks to remove all the bad comments and well I will complain here! I did not think that of them, but here I highly recommend this dealer !!!! I bought myself a new 2018 tank! After 6 months and 6500 km my tank starts to roll over .. Check engine that flash pis engine buck pis shake like that it can not with a sound of old trash that is 20 years old! I panic I call in panic to the dealer, there is no place before Friday after fec not the choice to wait! My tank 2 days later redo the same problem, but no choice to wait! I show up at the appointment on Friday, I explain the problem, but I am told that if the tank is not the problem the dealer can do nothing for me fec I ask them if the tank buck if I can come with directly for have proof that I do not lie, tell me that if I roll with I can blow up the tank fec it is strongly discouraged and the final agreement is that when I go again I take a video as evidence (fec basically I do not even think lol) I take a video because the problem is repeated of course! I send the video! Naturally tell me to come carry my tank rush the next day lol keep my tank for 2 days and remember me and bah ma'am we can not do anything but the problem is the video, we sent the video to Hyundai Canada and we said to clean the ground so that's what we did so you have to get back your vehicle ... I introduce myself ... fart a check to my seller, I show him the video and I send him on his email, reassure me that the video was going to be really high and that the problem was going to be fixed and that he kept my car! Perfect I go out saying to me finally! Bin no! Remind me 3 days later to tell me that the video had been everywhere that he made dozens of tests (candles, spinning, engine etc) and that there remained to wait fec I had to come back to get my car, my boyfriend arrives last night because I could not be there, go back in the dealer's yard, my tank is parked in the same place since the week before, with lots of snow and ice on it, no trace that the houde would have been open to do nothing tests! They just never opened the car and do no tests! Serious if it's not taking the world for cellars I do not know what is it! I am furious ! ... ESPECIALLY THE FINAL FATHER GABRIEL HYUNDAI

To begin!!! I saw my car the wheels camp. Finished and flexible tables. I supposedly put $ 1,300 in repairs on it. When I bought the car, my wheels were still crooked. They told me it's normal. When I was shooting I had to take up more space than expected. We ended up repairing it took a month before I got my car and I didn't leave my warranty there. Finally we just fix the wheels. 1 month and a half later I have an invoice for $ 800 a gasket the brakes the tables its finished my 2 strap my pulley my tank is running there. (I'm just going to work with the tank) even today I had to go back to the garage for my shocks my suspension arm my bearing my pi dial my hose on my wheels. That my shots get worn out for. Pi make me say put 5 stars instead of 1 if not give me your keys I find it funny this one. A place not recommend

I came for a manufacturer recall and the gentleman over there wanted to charge me $ 59 for a blown rear windshield brake light bulb, luckily I said no ... access to the bulb is very easy and I didn't even need tools to change it and also the operation doesn't even take 2 minutes.

I loved my experience at Hyundai Gabriel. I went there for the purchase of a user vehicle. Marc Shannon took charge of my file, and with a professionalism that delighted me.
All the documents were prepared on my arrival; the road test was designed according to the weak points of the desired vehicle (suspension); a bump that had not been spotted was repaired on the spot and without complication; the analysis of costs and interest rates was done transparently, with visual support to exemplify the different scenarios; response to emails and quick calls. In short, I was very happy with my experience.
Moreover, although we tried to sell the famous guarantees, it was done with respect and in a way that was not guilty. Let's say I've seen other dealers who, wanting to make a little more money, will have lost me as a customer.
I warmly recommend Hyundai Gabriel. Even though I am moving relatively far from Montreal, I will still consider going back in the future.

My personnal opinion is it's ok. I have a hard time with the idea of making an apointment for 7 am and if you show up 5min early they still wont let you in because its not open yet... other than that, my end of lease is coming up in august and went on the floor to check the cars, not one sales man even said hello. So for me no more hyundai at this dealer.
To be fair their service centre was good marie eve was on the ball. Helpfull and great smile and courteous.
