Walked in to shop for a Tucson or a Santa Fe. We were so turned off by the sales rep that we left the place. When we asked about the difference between the Tucson and the Santa Fe, his only answer was two inches. That really turned us off to the product as well. We ended up buying a Tiguan from Rimar. We had bought a MX5 from the Gabriel group the previous year and that too was a bad experience. Never again will we buy anything from the Gabriel/President or Prestige group.

I met mr. Jacques "top gun" wonderful individual who puts you at ease from the beginning and who knows his product, then it was Julie Boucher who also knows her product very well and I appreciated her help and answers to all questions that I had and finally, Joanie, dynamic character, she also knows his product, I spent 2 hours with them for the possession of my vehicle and explanations of the operation of "gadgets".

I received excellent service before purchase which I was very satisfied. In addition, the service after purchase was very bad and I find that the service was not done properly until the end. I am disappointed and dissatisfied, because at the time of the purchase they assured me that the aesthetic retouching due to scratches on the bumper and the rear door on the passenger's side would be done before the car, so to receive the winter tires on the rims that came with the purchase. However, it is about 1 month since I recovered the car and the services offered with the purchase have still not been made despite a return call made a week ago. Absolutely terrible experience. After the lady tried to push "regular maintenance" bogus charges on me (I need to change the pollen filter.... really? Really...?), I told the mechanic that there was a strange metallic rattling noise that occurred beneath the car when I was driving at low speeds (so more vibration in the motor assembly) or hitting bumps in the road. The noise wasn't there when I bought the car, and now it is. The mechanic's solution after he couldn't find the source of the metallic rattle? You have to downshift and drive faster. Oh and then they tried to charge me for this brilliant prognosis.

Are you kidding me?

The rattle is still there whenever I hit a bump in the road and it's getting louder.

My friend bought a vehicle here, arrogant salesperson, took too long to do the legwork, surely made a false mechanical inspection because we just gave another $ 2000 of parts on the car, it almost had to harass the seller to be able to make the famous mechanical inspection of the car. I am very satisfied with Gabriel's service, all the staff are super friendly and very professional. Even when I had a problem when buying my car and my direct advisor did not want to intervene, the financial manager took care of my file and resolved my problem. The only thing I would have liked personally is that I bought a used Huyndai elentra car, but the price that finally cost me with the financing is almost the price of a car new: I would have liked my adviser to direct me towards buying a new car than a used car for almost the same price.
This is the only remark I have to make but for the rest I am really satisfied with the service and follow-up done on a daily basis.

I was there for a battery problem during Spring Break.
Valerie explained to me that it is indeed a battery problem. However, they don't have a battery on site, she asked me to come back Monday after the break week.
I explained to her that I took spring break to be with my children and that I could not do without my car. She was very attentive and looked for a battery in the other branches finally she was able to replace it the same day

When you want to buy a used car, never make the deal with this dealer. I bought a Dodge Journey with them in November and I was led to believe that everything is checked and repaired but after inspection I found that the cooling system has a major problem and the rear window system does not even work except that they can be handled from central forward and in addition I was charged $ 600 for used winter tires that can only hold one secession.
