I left a bad comment, mr. Verville answers you and asks to call her. I called her. She apologized for m.gravel's place. I think his job is to sexcuse all people who leave bad comments mechanically but nothing more. I told him that it is m.gravel who should apologize. She told me she was going to call me back. She never called me back. The good faith of a company can be measured in the way customers are treated after the sale and not before. They like to inflate an invoice because of a mechanic who did his job poorly. In addition, Mr. Ouellet who is not too cooperative and does not like being told that the service is not good. We phone Hyundai Canada to complain but the senior executives do not take calls, they hide behind their desks. They do nothing to satisfy their customers. I had a great experience with Hyundai Gabriel in Anjou with the seller Simon. This is my first new car and he has been patient with me with good recommendations. He answered all of my questions and concerns. He took the time to come and show me my car instead of Roxane who was busy with other client. And the girls in the credit department are very nice as is Roxane in the delivery department.

Nice staff but it ends there. The service really not great ... of everything that was agreed, here is what had not been done (especially since I covered more than 900km round trip):
1. The snow tires had to be installed: nothing.
2. The gasoline tank had to be done: there was 2 km of range left when I hit the road. So I had to turn around.
3. The worst in my opinion. The vehicle was supposed to have a GPS which it didn't; which is deplorable. After being offered $ 250, I negotiated a bit more.
4. The exterior of the car did not even appear professionally washed.

At the start of my experience I was going to give a star because I was not happy with the service (They wanted me to pay the cost of installing winter tires before leaving with my new car) plus the accessories requested were not installed on the car. Fortunately, the necessary was done, and in the end I was satisfied.
